@3:57 is ONE of the reasons Elvis Fans still love him so very much to this day. Elvis was supposed to get in the car/truck/jeep at this point; you can hear Joe Esposito call to him; but Elvis ignores him and carries on his walkabout with his fans. Anyone who says Elvis never knew how to say "no I'm gonna do it my way", this was a perfect example of him doing exactly what he wanted.

well, it was weird. She was told to stand there and wiggle, almost as a prop. What was he supposed to do? shake her hand?
Yeah I thought that he did look at her and go no reaction so he probably was like ok I’ll just won’t do anything.
