I just downloaded AutoCAD 2020 after not using it for several years. I am unfamiliar with the new layout; my tool palette is all along the lefthand side. HOw can I get it to look like yours above, with the palette along the top?

When i have select multiple objects from drawing, the tab automatically moved to Multiple tab. Have any options to stop that or disable the mutiple tab?
