I remember a more gospel version of that song was on a Season 3 episode of Family Matters, from way back when Home Improvement was in its first season.
I dreamed of this song by these two young Ladies last night. It was so Beautiful that I wanted to hear it in its entirety. They need a record. Whether it is Them singing or not. The Harmony melted my Heart. Loved the Song!!! ❤🙏.
To me, Kaitlyn (Eve) and Molly (Mandy) should give the country music duo known as Maddie and Tae a run for their dough ray me! (smiles) God bless you and both pairs of girls always!!! Holly in East Tennessee
It includes Christianity. That's why it gets negative comments. The leftist Joy Behar/Rachel Maddow crowd are atheists by definition because they worship government as their god, and you can't have two gods.
@@stuartadamsrailfanningvideos You may like the musical aspects of this song as a leftist, but if you love the message, you can't be a true leftist. Being a true leftist requires replacing God, and worshiping the State in His place.
If that is her and Mandy singing....disappointing....they could have closed the episode with the complete song, instead of making a mockery of church and Tim Allen not paying attention. This is a good song, and if that is them really singing, they knocked it out of the park.
I'll agree to disagree. Eve Baxter (Kaitlyn Dever) does indeed have a good singing voice, assuming that was her voice we heard on the TV. And when her sister Mandy (Molly Ephraim) joins her in the last chorus, I prepared for a really stirring rendition of this great song (Put Your Hand in the Hand). But alas, the showrunners did not realize what a gem they had. As David Dalton said, they should have completed the song and ended the show with that melodious music still ringing in our hearts. Maybe another time?
This was a really crappy episode for people who once invited Duck Dynasty to the show. Or maybe having the pastor and the Church service a joke is how Americans see Church.
Awesome job. I wish I could hear the whole song by them. Their version is by far my favorite.
Agreed. Wish tim wasn't talking over it
I love this episode and they can sing really good.
This was an unexpectedly beautiful end to this episode. This show in general is the most life affirming family focused sitcom in the last decade.

That sounded like 💩
Both of them have really nice voices
I really wish this was on some vinyl somewhere.
I don't think I'll ever get used to seeing my grandfather's music showing up in tv or movies, but this was a treat to see!
your pap was Gene MacLellan?

Wonderful. Kaitlyn Dever has a duo group with her sister. They released 2 song so far.
Great Song
A sensational performance.
idk why some comments are negative. This is the only Show on TV that includes Christianity. God bless! 💕🙏🇺🇸💕

@@generalbarry Not exactly true, but let's not argue here.
@@stuartadamsrailfanningvideos Just because an idea goes over your head, doesn't mean that it's not true.
Oh My Goodness i have seen it happen when some would get on to there cellphone to message somebody Especially right in church
What's the chords that kaitlyn use for this please

It's just a 4th wall breaking joke. What's the big deal?
This was a really crappy episode for people who once invited Duck Dynasty to the show. Or maybe having the pastor and the Church service a joke is how Americans see Church.
don't judge all americans by tim allen's example
He literally spent the episode trying to get more people, including his daughters, to go to church. What's negative about it?
Those are some awesome vocals, even if it's kind of a corny song.
