Saw roy 2 times in Sydney oz...did he play a Gibson? Or what gun is he slinging in pic?.
I always saw pics of a 52 tele.
Famous for his tele. But he did meddle with a Les Paul a few times in the 80s.
He was known as the master of the Telecaster not many could stand up to him
It’s a Gibson Les Paul in the picture but it’s probably a Strat.If you want to hear Les Paul in his later years there’s a great album from the late 70s with Chet Atkins wonderfully called.. Chester and Lester, their full names. Pip pip.
