Palm Springs must be selling sun and location. Most of the homes are one story compartmentalized modules. It doesn't hurt to have Frank Sinatra for a neighbor.

All those homes look very dated from the outside; I'd hate to see the inside. Not impressed with Palm Springs at all. Dry, dusty and boring
