Speaking with my accent on camera has been my biggest hold back on making videos that I want to make. I think speaking to the camera is an incredible method of communicating and connecting to your audience but still held back by the accent idea. I’m glad you’re taking that leap! Yeah but you have to be smart and have had a foundation of an audience or existing production work to base off of first. You can’t just quit your job and go broke off of no savings because you wanted to pursue a passion from basically scratch

I love how raw and genuine this video felt. I know its not easy to do something out of your comfort zone and a lot of us stick to the life we are living, and the job we are doing, just because we are afraid of the unknown. Regarding your accent, it should be something to be proud of - it means English is at least your second language and that you’re a polyglot. Not many people can say this, right? It is not unprofessional to keep an accent, I actually think it’s beautiful, it’s cultural diversity.
