Both are great. You won't regret by choosing one of those. But if you really care that it should be the best. I would suggest you getting X200 Pro because of it has the biggest telephoto camera on the market.
Oppo is good but isn't really better than the Vivo. Despite the lack of two optical lenses it performs better at portraits at all zoom lenses than the oppo. Vivo generally is about 5% to 10% better in nearly all areas of photography, sometimes it's toe to toe though for sure. Oppo wins in design and battery performance (despite having a slightly smaller battery). Oppo really shouldn't have used camera hardware that's over a year old. Both Vivo and oppo do well with computational photography but oppo would have edged it had they chosen to use newer modules. The difference isn't much, but really the Vivo wins if you care about photography. There's no two ways about it.

Next year, I'm considering either the regular Oppo Find X8 global set or the OnePlus 13 China set. I'm leaning towards the Find X8 due to its smaller size, flat screen, and global ROM with local warranty. However, the OnePlus 13 is more affordable, and I could potentially flash it with Oxygen OS later. I'm not particularly picky about the software, as I'm comfortable with both ColorOS and OxygenOS.

@@LimReviews Thanks Lim. Are you talking about the lack of after sales support if we get the X200 pro mini and use outside of China? I have a Chinese X90 Pro Plus with Google on it and have no issues, so we're confident that the pro mini should be fine outside of China as well. What we're really struggling with is the camera and usability comparisons as different reviewers have different outcomes. The Vivo is supposed to have better cameras because it has newer sensors, but the Oppo seems to produce better pictures (Hantalk liked the Oppo more even though the Vivo was slightly more detailed). Is it because the Oppo's camera sensors are more mature, and the Vivo needs more time to mature? Its hard for us to do a real comparison when testing both phones inside a shop (we're in China). One clear advantages for either phone that I've noticed is that Oppo has better action photos, while Vivo has slightly better macro shooting. For AI, Oppo seems slightly better. Samsung is being quietly smothered by the number of releases by Chinese brands and blurring of flagship specs. One company coming out with 3 flagships at the same time and it's not even end of year yet. I wouldn't be surprised if all Chinese phones are actually made by one company. With One UI 7 being delayed until next year and green line issues, Samsung is not in a good place. They should be more worried about the Android space than Iphone.
