A crucial con is if you need to be going north on I-95 but the 95 Express Lanes are open southbound. I'm just ready for the Fredericksburg extension of the 95 Express Lanes to open which allows access to the Quantico area to and from the south via the new access point near the PWC/Stafford County line. These ramps would also be used to go on vacations to the beaches on I-95 South and go back home on I-95 North.
