Very accurate, i’m from woodbridge and worked in the big nova cities most of my adult life and this is why i hate it here. For it to be worth it you have to have a really high paying job or business, other wise you just feel like a nobody attending the needs of all the rich people around you.

I’ve lived in northern VA my entire life. I wouldn’t say we are completely immune to recessions but we are pretty damn close. Getting into a home and starting to build equity is the right move imo. Trying to time the market in this area is irrelevant because prices almost always go up year after year.

Love this townhome. Great tour with exception of your last comment about putting up a curtain over the closest to reclaim space. Hopefully I misunderstood,because that was beyond tacky.

Don’t forget Haymarket in Prince William County, which is a highly desired community with lots of amenities and great schools.

My best friend lives in 5 acres there. Maybe she’ll let me build a tiny house on her land!

Hahahaha this is a crazy topic, I was a menace in Fairfax city as a teen, and I was well known to the police, but I got my life together and moved away 10 years ago, and honestly I don't miss 66 a bit, but apparently drugs have gotten much worse there and there was even a drive by in Mosby Woods in Fairfax City not too long ago, which is bizarre.
