And then the shot went off on the other side of the scuffle nowhere near C. The bouncer finally sent a letter recanting his statement (after testifying at two trials and lying) saying he was forced by cops and investigators to testify etc, and that they threatened to put him in jail if he didn’t testify. Bouncer also said that cmurder couldn’t have possibly been the shooter cuz he was holding onto c murder(or had literally just let go of him) when the shots rang out and C had NO GUN! His second retrial was a 9-3 verdict and the 10th juror got pressured for hours to the point in crying til she finally said “fine if you want him to be guilty I’ll say he’s guilty” and boom a 10-2 jury and he gets life. C wasn’t an angel and did some bad stuff in his life, but that doesn’t make him responsible for a murder he never did, and he should get a proper retrial! When a judge finally tried to give him a proper retrial she got pressured not too and eventually dropped out and someone else took her spot and denied it. The info revolving around this case is ridiculous to say the least, and they put an innocent man in jail. Why, because he’s a rich and famous black man from the hood who they couldn’t control...
