- Yesterday, a key witness against Corey "C-Murder" Miller changed his story Tuesday (June 26), swearing he lied when he testified that the rapper shot and killed a teenaged fan 16 years ago at a Harvey nightclub. With Kenneth Jordan recanting, Miller asked a judge to throw out his murder conviction.

I saw a tv show that said C-Murder knows who did it, but because of "the code," he won't say. That's stupid as hell! This dude has children that miss him, but he chooses to cover for somebody who's allowing him to serve a life sentence for their actions, and choosing stay locked up for an imaginery "code." His kids should come above that. The "code" only helps the people who are directly responsible for destroying our Black communities and letting these idiots roam the streets.

I don't think this is a case needed highlighting. From everything I've heard and read what happen was that the 16 year old and C Murder had a rap battle, the 16 year old proved too much for C to handle and really went all in and made a fool out of C in his raps. C got so pissed he and his crew went to see the kid about it, started whooping his ass, next thing you know one of the homies got a little too eager and whipped out a gun and shot him. So while C might not technically been the shooter, if it wasn't for the fact that C wasn't willing to take that L in the rap battle he wouldn't have been killed. C of course refused to snitch out the homie that shot the kid, he did it out of loyalty to him after all and C's not about to snitch on nobody anyway.

Well a kid ended up dead in a fight that CMurder was involved him. Whether he pulled the trigger or not, you and I know that, if it was any other black male, he would’ve went to prison too. Guilty by association. He’s not completely innocent as people would like to make him✌🏽
It was C Murder's friend, that's why he didn't say who did it cause the dude did it for him and no snitching code and all that. The 16 year old and C Murder was from I understand battling eachother lyrically, and 16 went in too hard and pissed C and crew off so they went to see him afterwards. They kicked his ass eventually one of the homies whipped out the gun and shot him. So while C didn't kill him, the 16 year old is very much dead because of him.
This was a shooting after a physical fight in a Club open to the public. Just like accidents people watch fights, it happened in a confined space during attention getting behavior. So where to believe that someone else committed the crime infront of everyone including C Murda, but nobody not even C murda can name thar person. Logic would dictate he's guilty, because somebody shot a gun into the kids heart.
The fact of the matter is, a sixteen-year-old kid was murdered. If C Murder didn't do it then people are protecting a child murderer who has walked free all of this time. Code or no code shit like that shouldn't be kept secret.

The motive just doesn't add up. Why would C Murder shoot the kid if he already got stomped out by 6-10 dudes right before? He could have had any one of his goons do the dirt for him for free if he wanted to (not saying he did). It just doesn't make sense unless one of the witnesses got caught and was having pressure put on him. Not like theres any integrity within the desparate. There have been plenty of wrongfully convicted over the years. Just as surely as guilty have been allowed freedom. Street code doesn't allow for justice. His rap name and the nature of the south make it easier for leo to paint their own picture. Most don't care about actual justice just closing cases and putting numbers on the board.
