"We gave a promise to the Western balcanian countries for a european perspective. The hungarian presidency thinks its time to fulfill this promise. What we can do we assembled the EU western balcanian summit where we would like to make a progress. Please let me be sidetracked for a minute so that we could talk about the european agriculture's current situation. We all know that the european agriculture's competitiveness because of the unprecedented climate change, the increased expenses, and the import coming from the 3rd world countries (probably meaning ukraine) and the excessive regulations was severely damaging, hindering to it. This cohesive policy IS NOT a just mere charity-case BUT in fact one of the biggest investment policy point of the EU, requirement of trying to balance and stabilize the inner market. The hungarian presidency thinks the continuation of this is a key point to maintain EU's competitive potential. Well respected Representatives, Respected Lady President, the Hungarian presidency seeks such solutions to mutual european problems which follow common sense. But we dont just merely after solutions but we hungarians keep looking for our dreams in the european union, the free and equal nations conglomerate / unity, nation of the nations, democracy of democracies. We are seeking a Europe which is pious, protects the common people's honor and it encourages cultural, scientific and spiritual fulfillment, success, prosperity. We arent the part of the European union because what it is now BUT because what it could become one day.
