    I have been practicing this everyday for the last three weeks or so.
    I am getting stronger and all of those difficult arm balances are easier .
    I am so grateful for this 30 minute core yoga. It is very beneficial.
    I will keep practicing this . Thank you. I am a yoga teacher.

    just realized if I can’t draw Brent for anatomy drawings [ living in SA] i’m gonna have to develop some of that that firey- muscle fibre myself ha ha

    You forgot to work left with hand on shoulder and knee contralateral to elbow.v🙏
