encounter THE BEST modern Korean cuisine / MINGLES / Michelin Guide Seoul

I went to Mingles located in Apgujeong Rodeo.
It is a restaurant that is a representative of modern Korean dining, obtained 2 stars in the Michelin Guide 2022 edition which was announced recently and also has been maintaining 2 stars since 2019.
It is only operated as a single tasting course for lunch 125,000 KRW / dinner 240,000 KRW but you can add a-la-carte menu on the course.
It's obviously a Korean-based restaurant, but it has a bit of a French feel to it.
It was a pleasant time to feel the new in the familiar.
P.S. Dessert was especially great.

ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 오골계 쫄깃하고 맛있습니다, 근데 이게 상당히 다루기가 어려운지 메뉴개발에 상당히 애를 먹으셨다는 썰이 있더라구요~
