I used to have a girl at the coffee shop at the university always draw smiley faces, hearts, and her name on the lid of my coffee cup. We were on a first name basis because she had asked me my name. She was a student who worked part time at the coffee place. She was so sweet and cute. I wanted so much to ask her out, but I think there was probably too great an age difference, but she was obviously interested. I'm fairly certain that she would have said yes if I had asked her, but that was a line I wasn't willing to cross.

Only time I’ve kinda gotten the feeling/possible idea is when a person asks you if your going out with someone to either a dance or school social event. Which either is them trying to see if they can go with you by seeing if your open to ask meaning you attract them in some way or they expect someone to go with you because they find that you are an attractive person and would again expect you to have gotten someone to go with you.

Only time I’ve kinda gotten the feeling/possible idea is when a person asks you if your going out with someone to either a dance or school social event. Which either is them trying to see if they can go with you by seeing if your open to ask meaning you attract them in some way or they expect someone to go with you because they find that you are an attractive person and would again expect you to have gotten someone to go with you.
all of this is well and good until you catch her looking at you, she looks down and then actively avoids you for the rest of the interactions

Last Sunday I did just happen to find myself sitting next to someone (a widowed lady of 4 years) I find rather interesting at a new church I’ve just started attending, so their is an area of hope.

You see good friendships can seem to eradicate the need to express love, when some people get older. It’s less of a drag on the demands of life.
That’s a difficult one to satisfy for a guy who would appear to tick most of the boxes you talk about, apart from the money side of things. 2 divorces put paid to that one.

Not sure if this is one but I feel like people often follow me around when I'm in a store, or maybe I'm just paranoid lol. Or when there is an attractive woman and we both see each other I often feel like people (other woman mostly) swoon in and literally try to block me from getting near her, it's weird. My life is weird thanks. And yes I often feel like people gock or stare at me, it drives me crazy.
