This man has great technique, he's not wasting time, working the muscle with strength and efficiency. It looks easy but it's not. After a massage like this one I would be so relaxed that I couldn't even stand up.

This is pretty relaxing and gentle... It's much better than so called 'indian head massage'. Most of them are silly and ineffective. Plus, this video doesn't have crappy noise which is heard in those videos.

Most of the people have no idea that even after doing 10 minutes of massage; a professional massager needs a long break to cool down and normalize his body.
But how long is the breaktime? 10-20 minutes? Or depends on how long the massage
atleast 20 minutes break is required especially in summer season it needs extra time.
I would need to take several breaks during the massage to keep working at that level of intensity. "I'll be back in a few minutes...just stay there in the chair..."
My friend told me that during her clinical she and the other massage students used their breaks to do what she called “45 second full body beat down” to one another.
