I'll regret never seeing them in concert. Always something coming up that never allowed me to make it.. Been a fan since 1994 and I consider these guys part of my identity..thanks for the great music and giving me something to hold on to.
Much different than I remember from the TDP tour. Saw them in SA one night then hit I-10 to H-Town for the show the next night. Was incredible to say the least, those shows are the measuring stick for every other live band I’ve seen since. RIP DRG. NO and cK, thanks for the memories.
Seeing them tomorrow in Maryland. It'll be my second (and I suppose last) time seeing them. Then in a couple weeks I'm seeing Ministry, Frontline Assembly, and Gary Numan at the same venue. It's gonna be a nice kick of old-school industrial.
It was a great show!!! So nice to see younger people at the show. Was the older woman in front to the right of the stage one of the band member's mother?
I know cEvin's Mum passed a few decades ago. I assume, if she's still alive, Ogre's Mum might still reside in Calgary. I know nothing of the other lads in the band (sadly). The boys are in their 60's (WTF?!), they've been kicking ass for 40 years, so it's just most of us are also near, or in, our golden years as well, lol. That's the very reason I'm going to need to be able to sit down at the Toronto show, LMAO :)
Glad to say I was there & this song was on the set list! It was the song that solidified my Skinny Puppy fandom!
Lol…man, Ogre really fucked that one up and he knew it. Love him. He’s got such a great sense of humor.
They sounded incredible. Venue and audience vibe was unforgettable.
When I heard this song in 1987...
