    Let's move on to the recipe
    Shortbread:
    - 300g of flour
    -1 baking powder
    -150g of sugar
    - 1 vanilla sugar
    -150g of butter
    - 2 eggs
    - Juice of 1 lemon
    Phil:
    - 3 peaches
    - 10 plums
    - A handful of blackberries
    - 3 tablespoons of plum jam
    - 3 tablespoons of peach jam
    - 2 spoons of sugar
    - 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk for coating
    - Powdered sugar for decoration
    Procedure:
    Put flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl, then add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter and mix the ingredients to combine. At the end, add eggs and lemon juice and knead a smooth dough.
    Divide the dough into two parts, one slightly larger and the other smaller. Wrap both balls of dough in transparent foil and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Take a larger ball of dough out of the fridge, dust it with flour so it doesn't stick, and roll it into a circle with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
    Transfer the dough to a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm, pat it down and raise the edges. Remove excess dough with a sharp object.
    We roll out a small part of the dough. Cut into strips about 2 cm wide. We fold each strip of dough and form partitions in the form of concentric circles in the baking mold. We made three circles in which we will arrange the fruit.
    Wash the fruit, dry it, remove the stones and cut it into slices. I cut the peaches into 6 parts, and the plums into 4.
    Cover the dough circles with jam. 1st and 3rd rounds with plum jam, 2nd and 4th with peach jam.
    In the 1st circle, arrange slices of plums.
    Arrange peach slices in the 2nd circle.
    In the 3rd round, we arrange the blackberries.
    Coat the edges of the dough with egg yolk mixed with a spoonful of milk.
    Sprinkle the fruit with sugar.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for about 30-35 minutes.
    Let the baked cake cool and before serving, decorate it with powdered sugar.
