Your video made me master in identifying wbcs in just 10-15 mins, I am grateful, I dont like studying, My teachers expected me to perform below average as usual but suddenly I showed them how to identify different wbcs and they were amazed.
I think #6 is not a lymphocyte, even though they may show up larger, but not this large; look at the nucleus:cytoplasm ratio, plus the granules - lymphocytes never have them, but ~15% monocytes can have them...also, lymphocytes have homogenous nucleus and this one appears spongy...hence, I think #6 is a monocyte :) gotta love blood cells ^_^
Great video! You should make series on this, like cell organelles, tissues type. Your videos are so helpful. I feel I've mastered this now. Thank you so much!

Dear Lakmal, This is a good program you offered to world. And please add more practical slide pictures as those are the images seen under the microscope. I wish you good luck. Keep it up!
This video is awsome ...i learned alot from it...plz its my request to make such identifiable quiz on malaria parasite falciparum and vivax on blood smear ....thank u
Thank you for this. Good practice to identify all the cell. Got 22/25. Can you share between lymphocytes, monocytes, blasts and reactive lymphocytes. Thank you again.
Wait how do u tell the difference between monocyte and lymphocytes and basophils? They all look the same. Only neutrophil and eosinophils have a somewhat distinguished look.
basophils have basophillic stained granules, hence they appear dotty. neutrophils have 3-5 lobes in the nucleus, eosinophils are bi-lobed, they have 2 lobes and usually it appears in a U shape.
I know some differences that helped me: Lymphocytes have a really big core Neutrophils have "like" more cores (lol sorry if I have bad English) Aaaaannnnd I don't know how to explain the others cuz bad English
I will help! Lymphocytes have a big circular nucleus Neutrophils have a multi-lobed nucleus (usually 3 or more) attached by a thin piece Eosinophils have a bi-lobed nucleus, attached by a thin piece Basophils are covered in granules (many little dots) Monocytes have "kidney-bean" shaped nucleus (which does NOT have a thin piece)

It looks like a Myelocite right?
That confused me also! Lymphocytes are agranulocytes. Is it a basophil?

Thank you for your valid information
this help me in such a cool fun way ... thank you!
is 2:23 a myelocyte? because Lymphocytes do not have granules
RIGHT
Threw me off as well
This video has just saved my lab exam
Good News :) Any suggestions for new videos ?
Very nice. Thank u for such a wonderful work
very nice video all cells r very clear thanks
U're great 👍
Thank you so much ! :)
Video is good...I'm happy
Number 15 why it is monocyte it seems like lymphocyte
I feel it is monocyte by looking at the color of nucleus which is pink in color unlike lymphocyte that is purple that is my own view
How no 6 is a lymphocyte
It should be agranulocitic
Thanks you go forward 😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👍
Aladdin Creations thanks you hpls me i wish you the best i watch every video you enter

Thanks sir is video ke liye
Thank you .... 😍
This is the best video I have ever seen. Thank you so much honestly.
Master video for us
6th answer is wrong . Lymphocyes are agranulous
Yes I was also confused
Yes you are right. This is not lymphocyte.
There are actually three types of lymphocyte and that is a large granular lymphocyte
Also known has natural killer cell
s
sixth slide is not lymphocytes because its agranulocyte
Yeah i was confused asf
I love this practice video

Yes! That would be awesome!!!
Number 15 is not monocyte it is lymphocytes (large lymphocyte)
thank you sooo much for this video. It helped a lot.
Thank you so much!
This is a great practice to remember,
Image and terminology.
GREAT THIS METHOD IS GOOD
THANKS
Wait how do u tell the difference between monocyte and lymphocytes and basophils? They all look the same. Only neutrophil and eosinophils have a somewhat distinguished look.
Look at the grains, only basophil has grains.
Monocyte is very large and kidney shaped.
Lymphocyte cytoplasm barely shows.
@@gutsssz wut about atypical lymphs ? :P
great quiz 🌹
Thank you so much !!!
Make for pathology slides plz.. Its really helpful😇
Nice ❤
#6 is a neutrophil since granulated. I initially thought it was lymphocyte but then saw the granulation.
What should be the difference between mono and lympho ??
How can we differitiate between both of them ??
Monocyte is bean Shaped and its small relatively to the cell size, while lymphocyte occupies almost the whole size the cell.
Super sir
Thank you :)
Thank you sir. But bacteriology details ta Pele Khub bhalo hoy. 👍
Thank you sir . I want to details of microbiology , bacteriology, immunology
Very usefulll,,, thanx
Now we got you 😂😂😂😂
Here is our exam
🙌🙌😊
No 06 I am confused, monocytes/lymphocytes ,. Please brief
Number 6 is wrong because it's show granules but according to my knowledge lymphocyte is agranules not granules, that means question 6 is wrong
A reactive lymph can have granules :)
Osm tnx
Nice quiz
Thank you ... :)
Should'nt 6 be basophil as it is granulated..????
nice
شويه اخربط بين ال lymphocyte و monocyte
nice ty u so much u are great
IT IS TOO EASY .
Do you have Myeloblast quiz?
how to distinguish basophil, neutrophil and eosinophil?
basophils have basophillic stained granules, hence they appear dotty.
neutrophils have 3-5 lobes in the nucleus,
eosinophils are bi-lobed, they have 2 lobes and usually it appears in a U shape.

SIR I SAW IN THIS VIDEO LYMPHOCYTE CELL CYTOPLASAM MANY GRANULES WHY . LYMPHOCYTE ARE A GRANULOCTE CELL.
Slide 6 is granulated and the answer says its a lymphocyte????... that's confusing
U WRITE IN THE VIDEO to LUMPHOCYTE IN 6 number, this is Eosinophil, because lymphocyte are A granulocte cell.
thank you for the quiz but acutly i am very confused in why number 6 and 15 will be like this???? i see it both lynphocytes
Why is the wbc in qst 15 is a mono i thought it was a lympho can any body tell me please ???
Nucleus color, i think.
Monocyte nucleus is spongy in appearance
I know some differences that helped me:
Lymphocytes have a really big core
Neutrophils have "like" more cores (lol sorry if I have bad English)
Aaaaannnnd I don't know how to explain the others cuz bad English

In 6th why the lympocyte is granulated
It's an activated lymphocyte (some would also call it atypical lymphocyte and others - a virocyte)
I LIKE THIS VIDEO
I got 23! Thank you
Great !!!
Wich solution is used to see the wbc?
thank you for this! i got 22/25
I don't think number 2 is an image from light microscopy.
