I will NEVER buy a Bluetti again. I had a warranty problem and sent them documentation including purchase date and error code. They asked for the same docs mutlible time and then ignored me after three attempts to resolve after they agreed there was a problem.
Something doesn't add up. WHY would I buy a battery bank that has NO charge controller and costs almost double a plain old Lithium battery in a case that HAS a BMS? For example, a Powerqueen 12.8v 300Amp-hr battery with 3840 watt-hrs, costs half of that battery pack... and it includes the charge controller in the battery.
Not only that but pretty sure this dude a realtor or salesperson and using an empty home 'in sale' mode to promote. There's like nothing of "home" in the vid
I am sorry to Say that the B300 is discontinued, so having juste the B300k for the Ac300 for exemple without 12 volt port, less capacité, no C ports, no charging options like the B300 is a concerné. Bleuetti Said that they have notes the situation...anywas
This is why I make my own. These proprietary cables and other non repairable crap. In an emergency situation if anything goes wrong with any of these you cannot repair them.
I ordered another B300K. I have an AC300 + B300 + B300K. I'm hearing they are all compatible. I just talked to a Bluetti customer service rep and he said that there would be a "balancing" issue. That I would have to get another B300 to "balance" my set up if I added another B300K. Then he says that the B300 is no longer made. So what do I do now? Even if I wanted to buy a B300 to "balance" it, I cannot buy one because it's obsolete. I will have return the B300K as soon as it arrives. Bluetti messed up by making it that way. Frustrated.
I'm interested in bluetti, but the really bad customer service stories are not really reassuring. I'm from Europe. Do you or anyone know it's better in general now, and what's the situation with customer service on Europe? Thank you
Things have improved this year IMO. best ways to get warranty is by posting your problem on the Bluetti forums and ping one of the officials. If you bought your Bluetti via a reseller you should claim warranty with that reseller. Under EU law, your seller is responsible for your warranty.
Looks like a nice option :) 👍I have the Bluetti AC200L to help out at my 100% off grid cabin where I live full time so far it works awesome on the not so sunny days :) & I did check it out so I can hook 2 of those B300k's with the AC200L for more storage & I would run my cabin full time on Bluetti, Take care man
So does this B300K have "power bank mode"? That is how a B230 can be dumped into on AC200P in addition to the $80 cable. If not, this battery can't be charged or discharged without a host unit- imagine your B300 inverter dies and you have 3 of these 300K's, almost 9k watts of power just sitting there useless.
Even when it is completely drained and leave it for a longer time so the SoC becomes to low, there is no way to charge it. In that state the main unit won't recognise the unit anymore and doesn't charge it either. You end up with a dead brick.
My eb70 died after 5 minutes in the uk no phone numbers for bluetti are recognised e mail contact only min 24 hours to respond. Not good enough Igot refunded .Short warranty too says a lot.
I am having the same problem AC 70 returned to them because lights were flashing and smelt of burnt rubber was told refund will be returned in 1-3 days that was last month so basically they have no intention of returning the £519 the AC 70 cost won't be buying from them again
Jeez, I don't want to take out a home mortgage just to buy batteries. For 2.5k, I could build a 10+kwh battery bank 4k watt inverter and 1000 watts worth of solar. Or for 750-1000 can buy a 5kw Inverter generator.
With my particular skills I would be less likely to set fire to my place flashing a firmware or rebuilding a propietary cable than assembling a 10kwh battery from scratch.
I think slowly but surely people are getting sick and tired off dodgy advertising, customer service and warranty issues to the normal customer. Not a problem for UA-cam influencers. Now i see companies making channels sign contracts to control their videos more strictly
Meh. raw cells are stupid cheap right now. I'll continue building my own. 105ah, 7kwh @48v for $600. $270 for overkill bms. Throw it in a cheapo, rolling toolbox. done.
still waiting for a refund for a faulty ac70 told me i would be refunded in 1-3 days that was last month so basically won't be seeing my money again my advice stay well clear
The premise of the title is that the B300K is a big deal, and then went on to prove that it isnt except its cheaper per kWh. WOW! its slightly CHEAPER!!!
Great content. Thank you. Keep in mind, however, that you're speaking to your viewer in the second person. You're not speaking to a group. Forget the "most of you" - it's YOU.

12V sucks, just do 48V. But to your point, there's 48v/50ah on amzn for 500 bucks. And 48V/100ah for $800.
And NONE of those will connect to the Bluetti Power Controller to produce 110 or 220 volt power for your home!!!

Anything is repairable if you ignore the warranty
Interesting, yes, agree, maybe two or three B300k’s with one or two B300S’s makes a lot of sense for balancing price, size and features
Can you mix it with the AC200L that is already connected to a B210 expansion battery?
Yes according to the instructions.

Those things are expensive junk anyway, buy a good generator.

Im new to solar generators , so do the expansion packs increase both watt output as well as kwh ? Or just the watts per hour ?
@@brendanpetherick just the watt hours (runtime). Some units also allow you to connect 2 units in parallel to increase total output power
Cold protection?
@autonco808 it does have high and low temp cut-off protection, but no self-heating like the B300S obviously.

Ecoflow batteries are worse than this, surprised to see Bluetti going in the same direction
Not useless @grindychum-you can dump power from the USB port. But it will take 31 days! 😂😂
Even when it is completely drained and leave it for a longer time so the SoC becomes to low, there is no way to charge it. In that state the main unit won't recognise the unit anymore and doesn't charge it either. You end up with a dead brick.

These systems have always been for people that would never build a system. And for some, the price could triple and they wouldn't care.

👍 Thank You
It is compatible with the AC200P ? If so I had been looking at the B230 but this is the same price but with 700 more WH
I don't think so. The AC200P appears to lack the same battery expansion ports as the L and Max versions
@@ReeWrayOutdoors thank you I was wondering

The USB is probably there just to bms firmware unbricking.
Hmmm I hadn't considered that... I suppose that's possible.

Surprise surprise. More special cables 😂😂

I'll stick with Titian
Epic failure if you ask me with all the other options for way less money these days. See below.
Just checked the price... What kind of 8 figure budget are you on? Nice CLICKBAIT.
