No thanks, Bluetti never honored their warranty on my first EB3A that only lasted 6 months.
Same here, 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they did nothing
They finally refunded me, but only after making me run around and do their own QA on the EB3A for a 3 weeks. Really made me regret buying direct vs going through Amazon. If companies want to avoid the Amazon monster and their fees, they need to go above and beyond on customer service when something goes wrong. Not annoy the customer for 3 weeks hoping he goes away.
This is the real comments I look for.
Yes I would be very hesitant to recommend to anyone to join the BLUETTI product world due to very slow service.
I'm still happily using my EB240.
A large battery with all the Inverter capacity that I need for camping or emergency use....

I have 2 ac300s and 2 of these batteries with the plug for 240 ac in case I need to run my well pump at some point in the future. Shen I originally bought the ac300 i did not know they did not come with a battery, my bad, so these batteries were the cheapest way to make the ac300s useful.
Great video to highlight I guess the product however bad for Bluetti for not making it more compatible to like the AC 180s or something smaller.
Yes!! I have the AC 180 and would love to have something to expand it by 300, 500 or 1,000. Just something!
@@Mogoodness You can always get a dirt cheap 100 Ah Lifepo4 battery and feed it through the same connection as the solar input for extended capacity.
The ac180 doesn't have a battery port. It was designed to be ultra cheap.
@HOBOTECH maybe they'll come out with something for the AC 180 soon ?
@@HOBOTECHTechnically Bluetti does offer cables to connect the AC180 to an expansion battery, but it is simply not an “intelligent” connector and behaves like any other DC input.

Professor wouldn't a rack battery, say a 5 kW be a better deal even if I had to buy a 3000 W hybrid inverter/charge controller?
Looks like a bad joke :( “automotive grade” and only 4000cycles? Ussualy its 5000-6000 in that higher quality, also what is wrong with warranty? Most products were 5years, here 3+1? Downgrade tomcurrent standards IMHO :(

I do a lot of off grid camping. I use solat and a generator to charge the 200L. Charges pretty quick. The othe expansion batteries take too long to charge which why i havent purchased expansion battery. Qould live to know how long takes to charge the new 300K with the AC200L and is worth tje investment. Thanks for all these great videos HOBOTECH!!!

Does anyone know the name of the music played during the battery capacity test?
Would this be something could you use for home power backup and camping? I imagine that having this will extend the working power of the AC products for extended power outages and for those camping situations where you don’t have good solar production.

Honestly the B300K didn't really impress me that much. featuring a USB A, I have no earthly justification for that? How much more would have it have been to at least put a USB C at that point? Pecron EP3000 is heavily more featured and costs way less
the b210 has 12v , 100 ah USB-C and USB-A and is only 61,5 lbs. For the ac200L the b210 is better.
