Absolutely stunned when Dr. Peterson said he knew that Russell Brand made the decision to live at age 27. This is really profound in so many ways. There is a stunning number of creatives who died at the age of 27. Watch this video! It is profound. It touches on a little bit of this mystery of life. Just to name a few: Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain.

..except after accurately predicting his own death, Jimi was murdered by his manager (who literally admitted to it years later)
..and Kurt was very likely murdered by his wife.
Here's a few more for the 27 club though: Janis Joplin, Brian Jones, Robert Johnson

Yeah that made a big impact on me too especially when he tied it in with the Peter Pan syndrome and how 27 seems like the window of time where people need to let go of their youth and face the reality of their own maturity and what that entails which makes it irry that alot of musicians and celebrities die at that age when they fail to embrace that transition. It was a moment of synchronicity for me.

I turned 27 while in Army basic training. It was while I was there that I made the decision that I could push myself to accomplish anything I want to. Fascinating that it seems like a common age where a turning point in our life takes place.

Oh my god the statement about turning 27 years old hit me like a ton of bricks.
I’m turning 27 in two months, and after spending the last few years wasting time and being involved in the wrong things, I was thankfully introduced to Russell brand and later JP… to bring me to this moment as well. To being “ alive” for the first time

You don't have to become spiritual to kick addiction. You just have to devote yourself to something more important. For myself it was devoting myself to being a good father to my daughter. This also helped with stopping my thoughts of self-harm. I prioritized her well-being above all others. You have to make this CHOICE. Nobody can do it for you.

I turned 27 and few months later I almost commited suicide, bridge jumping.. call 911, got help, talked to familiy, continued studying self-development, physiology, continued my running training. Much better now, 1,5 year later. Running vice-champion where I live. In 9 days I will run a sub3h marathon for sure (current personal best is 4h). Things get better, mind and body. Still much to improve and things to solve but it's life. Life is hard.. i'm just learning how to manage stress. It's really difficult for me and I admit I have problems with stress, trauma, family and this is why I don't ever give up. When I'm depressed, stressed, sad, etc I just think about death but I know it's temporary because I always get stronger and better. Little by little. It's all progress. 5minutes it's better then nothing. Exposure therapy really helped me. Cheers! Thanks for everything Jordan. I love you!

"I believe to have received and correctly perceived a glorious prophecy from God the Father, through the Lord Jesus, in the Holy Spirit of truth for the date of Rapture. There are now 359 days till Rapture (9/23/23). Blessed is that servant, whom his Lord when he cometh shall find so doing. My Lord will not delay!!!
“But about that day "AND/OR" hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Of what use would it be for us beans if we knew the hour yet not the day? So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. The choice is ours and we have been forewarned of how to be ready for thee day by Saint Paul; for those who sleep, sleep in the darkness, and those who get drunk, get drunk in the darkness.
"Lord Jesus also compares those times to Noah's generation, so very few will be expecting His arrival in the Air. However, may God please remove me from myself and this evil world for my deceitful heart if I am deceiving myself and others with this message, for I now only intend to fulfill the good will of our Heavenly Father.
"Where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For now we know in part and we prophesy in part. The truth is like looking in the mirror but soon it will be face-to-face!
"If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
"You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. For we are nothing without Love.
"Do not intentionally grieve or quench the Spirit since those who do so shall surely miss the Son of Man.
"Remember this message and may it bless its readers with strengthened love, hope, and faith in the one and only, almighty, living and enduring God of all creation. Amen.

When has he ever, ONCE, espoused the importance of belonging to a specific people? He thinks the youth depression epidemic is because they’re not cleaning their rooms. They need REASON to clean their rooms, a reason bigger than themselves. They need a people, for whom they care and to whom they belong, for which to keep their rooms clean.
