Having worked in industrial automation and manufacturing, when working with high-pressure hoses they break. Sometimes the fittings place stress on hoses, and sometimes there are flaws in the windings in the lines. It's just a matter of dealing with pressure and moving fluids. Best to develop a method of repair and spare parts with common breaks. Farmers do this every day with hydraulics because crops wait for no one.
Think you need to use a different company for your power washing tools everything seem to break a lot! They might be nice guys but you have spent a fortune on them and nothing seems reliable
Well done. It is not your responsibility to let the tenants know what is happening. Management should have put up notices up all over the complex. Mailing is not reliable. 😊

You really need to find more reliable machines, no matter how good the guys are. You have had nothing but trouble from them
