Hi that's cool. It's my first time on your channel 👍. I got myself one a few days ago to see if I can get the hang of driving RC before putting a lot of money into a car. Sofar I've found out it's a lot of fun and I suck at driving 😂. I have had problems with mine after only a few hours one it was squeakey in reverse and soon got worse two a hair wrapped up on the rear right axle and pulled the axle gear away from the pinion. I've stripped it down cleaned and greased it and it's sweet. I did notice the gear on the rear axle had moved off centre and pushed back with little effort. I think the rear axle is it's week point and needs a mod to hold it tight

I have taken these little 1/43 scale cars apart enough to confidently say I know my way around them well now! 😂😂😂 As for the pinion gear, if it's where you want it.. a small drop of super glue would hold it for good! I have been kinda experimenting with different gear mesh tightness and can't decide if I like it very loose.. Enough for it to coast awhile or having it a little tighter for a drag brake effect as that seems to make them a little more controllable! 😂👌🏿

Careful application of a little bit of clear Scotch tape would temporarily solve the problem of the camera coming off of the magnetic base

I've just tested the pins and from the screw pin1 is gnd and pin3 is vbat, and works only on power ON so let's go!
