Oh my word this is amazing your dalek models are the most accurate I have ever seen them and your making an adaptation of one of the dalek comic strips no way! I have read them and have become one of favourite doctor who items it’s amazing and I can’t wait to see it
I've only ever seen clips of Altered Vistas animations, would love to know if it's still possible to get them. While I stuck to 99% of the comic I have made 1 or 2 changes to the dialogue to make it more daleky
@@AnubisX1 I 'think' you might still be able to get them. I'm not sure. This WAS some years ago. I know the Altered Vistas site was still active last time I looked. Drop Stuart a line and see if he's able to make you copies.
Same here, I voiced a couple of drones for his Dr Who: Emperor of the Daleks animation. I'll be honest I'm a little gutted that he didn't pick me this time round. Oh well, I guess that's voice acting for me. You either get picked or you don't.
@@MSharif3D Its nothing personal and i thank you for your work on Emperor of the Daleks. The majority of people i have used for this i work with (turns out i work with a Dalek builder and who fans.) and stay in my area so i could direct in real time at their university, so everything was there on hand. Mestor's lines are from a previous project that i lost all the work for due to a hard disk crash. So i reworked them into this so i could at least use them. Again its nothing personal, this was all originally going to be voiced by me apart from the female parts. It was all very last minute that i decided to get people into voice parts. When i do more projects don't worry you will be put in for consideration for roles :) :)
@@AnubisX1 I understand, I apologise if my comment was a bit pompous. Thanks for still considering me for Dalek voices though, 'much appreciated! I also want to express how sorry I feel that you stopped voicing daleks because of you getting ridiculed. Personally, I think your dalek voices are great, the scottish accent doesn't bother me at all. I think you're a good dalek voice actor! 🙂 Never the less, good luck on this animation project, I can't wait to see it in full!
@@MSharif3D no need to apologise :) and thanks! I have been playing around with the voices after watching lone daleks vid on how he does his knew series voices and they have proved very useful in perfecting my ones.
nice touch on the silver eyeballed dalek, is he like a lientennant? The animation is crisp and beautiful, always great to see some dalek action Though im not that keen on the classic daleks, they look flimsy and made of alluminium, it doesnt evoke "war machine" or deadliest killer in the universe much aside from the SWD and starting with you echoes of war renegade NSD prototypes then daleks started to look like a threat
Thanks! yeah he is the second in command of the saucer. As much as i love the NSD's the classic 60's daleks are my favourite, also for a 60's comic you've gotta use the 60's daleks :)
Yeah its 3ds max, as that was what I was trained in uni. I do have Blender, but I can just never find enough time to sit down and learn it, as I'm not a fan of using keyboard shortcuts for rotating etc.
@@AnubisX1 You don't necessarily have to use shortcuts! Is 3ds max free? I really want to help animating anyway I can, plus would give me some more experience.
@@GawkyDevotee sadly not, 3ds max is a payed for product. I got the last version where it was a one of payment and that was yours for life. can't wait
You just can't beat classic 1960s Daleks.

Definitely Looking forward! I’m glad voicing the Dalek Emperor is extraordinary!
Thank you very much for doing the voice, its awesome :)

Thank you :) The Dalek Chronicles are some of my favourite comic strips ever, the artwork is so vibrant.
The Dalek Chronicles were animated by Altered Vistas, some years ago. I was able to help them outwith someone the voices.

Classical stuff...!!!!
Damn, didn't know you were looking for Dalek actors. I myself have done a little work, even got the attention of Mestor himself on his old account!
