Aaron needs to continue to commentate. Just shows how much it is always a “both of you” project” planting all of the areas.
Team Aaron with the hardy geraniums, when not fully popping, they look like a weed.
You have so many sedum…could you do a short clip of all of them in the fall, since they look so great in the October tour and tend to be a great autumn/winter interest plant.
Thought on the tree row name: since you have so many from his old farm, maybe make that his “legacy row”. Name him or not, depending on the family wishes. You could still call it a “Legacy Row” because that is what it is because of all the trees you acquired from his farm. If anyone questions…they are legacy trees - they will grow, be large, and leave a legacy.

    Hi Aaron and Laura,
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Aaron asking questions for those of us who are new to gardening-it really helps! By the way, the State of Grace rose was the first rose I purchased, and it’s been my favorite so far. Thank you both for the great back-and-forth discussions in your videos; it’s a wonderful dynamic. Please keep that going in future videos. Amazing job to both of you!

How about planting the espalier pear tree against the back of the flower shed? Keeps all the fruit trees together and still allows for plenty of sun. 🍐🌳😉

The fountain planter turned out amazing 😂 it’s like an art installation! I remember how much time we spent seeing what was going to happen in that center and oh boy! I think it was a great season! :)

I love the most recent trees so much. The back story makes them even more special. You have done right by the previous owner and he'd be delighted that they ended up with such caretakers.

You talk about putting in a shade garden everywhere you plant lol. With all the big trees you’re putting in, where will the sun lovers go eventually? I understand wanting shade because I live in Phoenix and I couldn’t survive here without it, but I also struggle because my neighbor’s big trees are now beginning to shade out my only option for a garden. Wish I had a big space like yours so I’d have options, but learning to live in content and try to enjoy the challenges of my small suburban lot. Thanks for sharing the beautiful green spaces with us!

Aaron?!, can we have an hour long video of the pond and waterfalls. The sound of running water and the view of water moving over rocks would be very calming to my soul. Blessing to you! PS: Samantha giggling makes my heart smile.

OMG!! @11:22!! That combination is great for sunny and drier areas..... Nice job! It amazes me that you don't go into detail in designing your borders- you just go for it. I need to be a bit less controlling in my designing.

You should take pictures of each area you have while each is in their prime, and make a calendar!! ...and print and sell them with proceeds going to your favorite charity...I would buy several for gifts!🌿🌺💚

Hello Laura and Aaron, the garden is looking so nice and fresh for the season. I wonder, Would you consider twisting a bit your planting scheme from horizontal drifts parallel to pathways to vertical drifts perpendicular to pathways? maybe it can help you create open sightlines of colour and texture to breake the horizontal tiered rhythm.

I love these garden tours! They are so informative to choosing plants suited for each individual. I have a smaller yard, and don't have time to tend to plants much, so I listen for the ones that don't require cutting back, pruning, insecticide treatments, etc. Premium!

The time flew by and I didn't notice time. It was not to long. I could have watched another hour. Love the tour. For as late in the year as it is, all the garden areas are looking pretty good. The border of new trees is magnificent. But the pond and stream is awesome. I could wander through and sit there for hours just listening to the water and watching the fish and enjoying all the beautiful plants. Love, Love it. Thank you for sharing!! Have a blessed day everyone.
