Today i'm checking out the Spino to see if it's still viable after the Nighstalker update.
The Spino had come third place in the Poll so that's why it's his turn today, after the Dasp and the Sarco.

My first experience with PoT was getting caught by a large group of carnivores. I got killed. Respawned, walked forward just a bit and saw them. They got me again. I respawned on the other side of a small body of water and watched them eat my body. I was discouraged at first. Im glad i stuck it out though.
Official servers are kind of fucked for this reason. There are plenty of community servers to choose from with rules to keep you from having to fight an entire zoo every five minutes. Mix-packing bans, species-specific group size limits, and rules against killing for sport all make the game much more enjoyable.
Favorite part was you making that B-line for that duck and then went on to give the Sucho/Meg mixpack a big headache. Man that felt good! Those kinds of respawns bug the hell out of me. It should be spawning you in the most opposite / unpopulated part of the map. I 1v2ed a cera/ laten w/ my iggy at Mossy Cavern, and after killing the cera and scaring the laten off, the cera came back and revenge killed me while I was still healing up which felt rather petty, but in your situation where you're unfairly outnumbered, the revenge is actually sweet.

And yes i also agree that it should respawn you on the opposite side of the map.
This is how it used to be, specifically to prevent revenge killings but i guess the latest updates must have messed something up with that code.

Ambush I've been playing with a friend while they grow their spino on official servers and it is such a rollercoaster of emotions. Mighty, scary looking, and slowww on land so always a target of kos mix packs. A true grind. Gotta respect those that put in the effort to grow one.
Yes it is a grinder for spino players on official servers.

10:40 fresh water stingrays are new they came in during the night stalker update, and they give venom heal buff. The best fish buff to get is the arapaima buff w/c give bleed and health heal, the only one that gives 2 buffs if i remember correctly. Other fish buffs are the turtles +armor, cat fish +health, mantaray +swimspeed, forgot the other ones that give stam regen and bleed heal..
39:35 it wouldn't be a Krawll video if there is no "Death from being outnumbered by a mix pack" moment 😂...

When it comes to figuting in the water sometimes its a map thing. When you were attacked by the sarco in the beginning you were in a pretty thin body of water, with not much room to maneuver. As for fishing, I usually go to the salt marsh or the ocean to feed cuz the fish there are larger and easier to catch
It’s great to see new uploads. Even if I don’t like Spino personally it’s still great to see you pvp with spino. I think they reason they removed more corpses is to incentivize carnivores to hunt more. I have had to resort to hunting more often on Alioramus as well. But there are still corpses just far less now
As per usual epic vid! I loved the spino's charge bite, its good for an epic Ambush!
Since the entire series is about testing all the dinos new abilities, you should really try out the speed rex!

This spino gameplay was really fun! Also maybe it’s just me but the sound of this video including your voice is really high quality. Always a pleasure to watch you fight. Maybe I’ll pull out my own adult spino and stir up some trouble 😂

About the sound quality, i modified some settings in OBS to improve the audio from the mic because ever since i had switched to OBS to record, there was some crackling noise in the audio and it was annoying the crap out of me.
Turns out that, by fixing that noise, i also improved how the audio from the mic sounds hehe.
It's like a 2 for 1 type deal 🙂

Just a Few thing, Spino bite now does 50 dmg ( used to do 70 dmg) After using Charge now you can instantly use Claws unlike Before who would be in cooldown, Spino Charge Bite does 170 dmg and I have seen more Spino use it since now Spino Claw Attack does more dmg then the regular bite but Bite can be easier to land hits with than with claws
Spino Health still 1000
But now has 6500 Combat Weight

Hey bro just a recommendation... I would use tough scutes and play into the slow tanky build. Use your claw attack primarily if your close to enemies because its the best attack. Use your tail attack to help you turn around faster in fights on land. Spino has really bad turn radius like worst in the game it feels like. Tail attack can help you turn around quicker tho 👍💯

on charge bite is insanely good at the moment. Can beat, Sarco’s,ducks,Sucho’s,Eo’s, Rex’s etc pretty much anything. Struggles against good megs tho

yeah there is river stingrays, if u look up the path of titans wiki and u can check the fish list and see the different effects each one has, turtles give armor, stingrays give vemon heal, kelp sharks give bleed heal and all those effects last 2minutes.

10:29 there exists freshwater stingrays. They're different from the other saltwater stingrays and smaller, in the game theyre bigger than what they should be here.
Different medium to big fishes and turtles gives different buffs, read and find it.
Freshwater stingrays in Thailand dwarf most sea-going stingrays, and their ancestry does go back very far; could be an old relative.
Ambush! I'm glad to see you on Gondwa again, I love the feel of the map but it's awful to gain Marks on so it chases most creators from going there (who wants to watch someone play with the basic skin for far longer than they normally would, right?). I don't comment often, just 'cause I'm on mobile ninety percent of my UA-cam watch time and to do comments I have to darken the whole screen. I wanna see the fights, not hear the fights, you know?

Ambush! Hey man I'm new to you channel and love your content I'm new to Path of Titans and would love advice on growing either Deino or Laten
I wish i could be more help but those are two dinos i have never played myself.
Best advice i can give you is use your small size to hide in bushes, you can pretty much be invisible if you want to be.
If you're getting chased by something big, you can jump off cliffs to escape, the raptors use their wings to slow down their fall and take almost no fall damage.
@@KrawllUnchained Thank you that's more than enough help :) I've always had a thing for raptors so it just seemed like the best choice whilst I'm still learning the mechanics of the game. When I've got more experience I think I'll try a bigger carnivor :)

I've only ever used Balanced Spino, is the defense much larger and noticeable when on a Defense build? I haven't played it after the update and I'm thinking about going back to my first ever dino in PoT
The only noticeable difference is the round sail for the defense spino. I'm sure there are other, more subtle differences but i can't really tell off the top of my head right now.

hell yeah!!!! that fight... unfair af, imma guess it was on official? is there a day where mixed packs dont torture you on there? personally ive only bumped into maybe 3 mix packs in my time on the game xD but i am super glad u were able to get ur revenge on that duck tho! u did sooooo well, id have been dead wayyyy before they got u in that second fight 🤣
Yes that's official and yes this is kind of a regular thing over there but i enjoy the challenge even if sometimes i can get a bit frustrated, after a while i'm always happy to have that footage for my videos haha !
And yes i'm very happy with that second fight even if i lost.
Winning was not an option so my goal was to make them work really hard for it and i think i've accomplished that hehe !

Spino will always be a good classic beast in any dino game even if right now it can feel rough at times. Keep in mind that speed and defense subspecies are VERY different :) you might just have more fun with speed being that you find defense slow. Love the critter chase 😂 i dont even try!
What build I should choose for spino
@@NighRider1 way late to reply but I will anyways. My personal preference is to go with full speed build, using all options to buff water speed except tail if you really prefer the attack, go charged bite if you want but the regular bite pumps out damage while things are on the run. For defence I prefer defense hide (nicer now that it doesn't reduce land speed) tail attack because it's got a really bad turn radius, as for bite I prefer again regular bite just because speed of attack will be very nice for faster opponents and doesn't need to rely on baiting in attacks with a dreadfully slow walk speed. Some have make charged bite work well with defense spino but it's not for me.

AMBUSH! Little tip for catching fish with Spino is to use the claw attack. Much easier to catch that way

Ok so here’s some tip on spino (I’m a semi aquatic main so expect me to know about some tips for these dinos xD)
Spino when fight you never want to dive in water, as your sail is pretty much an easy target that allows for free damage, plus you claw only attacks below, never infront which will play into land combat in a bit, but yeah never dive keep the dinos that want to fight you below you at all times so they can face your claws
Now land combat, you have to have the high ground, your claw attacks below you, so having a good position where you force people to go up hill to you and take your claw damage is your best bet for land combat
