😂...both wrong..you only see the adults...what about all the eggs and larva...this pest fucking drills holes in each grain of rice and drops one egg per rice grain ..one female does that to 300-400 grains ...yeah😢😮

Without match also they will leave if you keep rice open like this because of day light. They prefer dark or no direct light. This is my own experience. I always leave rice in open when there is insects infestation. But the worst problem is worms. They can't be removed like this.
if we place rice in a news paper outside the house the weevils goes but ants enters the rice that also irritating

It is true when there is yard with stone slab or interlock brick. Such yards have ants running around. It has happened to me also with rice and wheat. But i don't have this problem on smooth cement floor or tile.

I read on google the female lays eggs inside a grain of rice and than seals it. When time to hatch they start eating their way out from the inside. ugghhh how do we know when we make rice we are not eating those that have not hatched. I might give up rice even though I love it.

This isn't good that match stick has chemicals! Just mix in cloves instead they hate the smell of cloves and will leave. I use the same method in sugar.
