    Recipes:
    Cereal Bowl:
    3 sliced strawberries
    1/2 sliced banana
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 Mulberries
    1/2 cup raw oats - (brand Terrasoul - a.co/d/8pda4v3)
    2 - 3 cups hemp milk (or your choice of nut milk)
    Optional: Add 1 tbsp hemp seeds
    Raw Tacos (serving size: 4)
    2 small diced tomatoes
    4 tbsp cashew dressing (recipe below - 1 tbsp per taco)
    0.9 oz kale microgreens
    2 handful Alfalfa Sprouts
    1 cup shredded carrots (split between 4 tacos)
    1/2 raw purple onions (split between 4 tacos)
    1/2 yellow pepper cut into slices
    1/2 red pepper cut into slices
    1 whole avocado (split between 4 tacos)
    1/2 cucumber cut into slices
    1 tablespoon of creole seasoning (split between 4 tacos)
    Cashew Dressing for All Recipes:
    1/2 raw purple onion
    1 cup raw cashews
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    2 whole garlic cloves
    1 handful shredded carrots
    1 bundle cilantro
    1 bundle parsley
    5 tbsp coconut aminos
    1 cup of water
    Sushi Roll:
    4 nori sheets (2 for each sushi roll)
    2 small diced tomatoes
    2 tbsp cashew dressing (1 tablespoon for each sushi roll - recipe above)
    0.65 oz kale microgreens
    1 handful Alfalfa Sprouts
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/3 cup raw purple onions
    4 slices yellow pepper
    4 slices red pepper
    1 whole avocado (1/2 for each roll)
    4 slices cucumber (2 for each roll)
    1 tsp of creole seasoning (split between 2 sushi rolls)
    Pecan Crumble (recipe below)
    1 mini sized bowl of coconut aminos
    -Mixed berries and carrots on the side
    Pecan crumble:
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 tbsp coconut aminos
    1 tsp crushed red peppers
    1 date (soaked and smashed)
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp creole seasoning
    1 tsp cashew dressing
    Salad:
    3 - 4 handful mixed greens
    2 diced tomatoes
    1 handful Alfalfa sprouts
    1/2 cup diced yellow peppers
    1 handful sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp hemp seeds
    1/2 diced purple onions
    1 handful pomegranates
    Vitamins:
    4 - 5 tbsp Agar Agar Powder
    1 cup green tea
    1/2 cup elderberries
    1 whole squeezed lemon
    1/2 cup organic maple syrup
    1 scoop green vibrance powder
    ---whisk until thicken or warm at low heat for 1-2 minutes
    ---Add to vitamin silicone mold
    ---Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes
