7:30 current trend I will tell you example you are a chef as ojt you are joining they are giving you 3k to 5k with food nothing else and here is thing 14 hours normal shift and long hours shift is 16 to 18 hours you have not time to go for lunch dinner breakfast you just eat food by doing work and what's your off 2 off in a month 3 off in a month doesn't matter you have 6 off oer months
