My hm brothers,I respect u because u are doing 14 to 15 hrs shift a day and I'm so depressed that because of long hours i discontinued my training.i was crying by siiting down on the tiles,i don't know why i can't work more than 8 hrs,but i can only work 8hrs because my health is my wealth.if u loose a job u will get another one but health is more important.
