Ice nine kills is all day every day for me !! Plus they were the first metal concert I brought my girlfriend too and they really opened her eyes to heavy music perfect gateway band
Demon Hunter is a MUST LISTEN, one of the best in Christian metalcore. Ryan Clark is my favorite vocalist in metalcore, and their whole discography is phenomenal.
I mostly agree. I love the Devil Wears Prada's new album and I would move FFAK and Wage War to the top. I LOVE Demon Hunter. Infected, Lifewar, Dead Flowers, Heart of a Graveyard, Lesser Gods... so many good ones.
I have seen, Fit For A King, Alfa Wolf, Kingdom of Giants, Norhlane, Motionless In White, After the burial, and Knocked loose live. Motionless in white I have to say is now one of my favorites a free the scoring the end of the world tour. And Fit for a King was really good live for there the hell we created tour.
@@RichardJanvrinMusic I know, I watched the whole thing. My comment wasn't meant as criticism. Just would have loved to hear your oppinion about some of the bands mentioned, instead of you skipping bands that are clearly not metalcore.. like In Flames
you can usually tell what era of metalcore someone found first by the tier list but i got no idea here. quite a clean mix of all 3 eras. im surprised you ranked bmth quite low. imo all time greats. the fact they can change genres so easily is mad. thats my opinion tho and i respect yours. fyi about bvb and a7x they have both made metalcore albums. waking the fallen and sounding the seventh trumpet for a7x and we stitch these wounds for bvb. a ton of post hardcore bands tho lol.
Avenged Sevenfold started out as Metalcore. On their two first albums especially and then they kept some Metalcore elements until "Nightmare" in my opinion. Then with "Hail To The King" the completely dropped the Metalcore elements.
& Richard, brother. The Amity Affliction's old stuff is really really good. This could be heart break is a decent albu but bro, Let the ocean take me is a dope album. same with chasing ghosts album, youngbloods album, glory days and severed ties. the band changed when their old guitarist Troy left the band. he was a guitarist that had good creative riffs on some songs & ryan the drummer. solid drummer but when he left as well, the band changed a lot.
Only a few on here I would disagree with, but you got a decent list. I was hoping to see more current bands on here instead of bands that don’t exist anymore like Woe Is Me, but it’s a cool video idea. I was hoping to see Outline on here somewhere, but maybe next time
“Stillworld” from Invent Animate is one of my favorite metal core albums. Same with “Perception” from Breakdown of Sanity and “Everlasting” by Any Given Day. Top tier metal core in my book 🤘👌🔥
Hear me out I love early metalcore like Killswitch Engage and All That Remains As I Lay Dying Trivium Parkway Drive early bring me The Horizon bullet most of those bands legitimately brings tears to my eyes and is definitely my favorite genre not only in metal but music itself just fantastic but I feel like with the modern stuff it's kind of getting a little too Poppy for my taste I love your video
Honestly still so upset about it. I love Jason and all the lads in BT. So sad they had to part ways. I’m just glad they’re not on bad terms. Looking forward to what they bring next without Jason but will defo miss his cleans.
Wtf????...Man I hope This bitch virus go away very soon....I'm starting to worry about my personal favourite bands like currents and Polaris. ...I don't want to see anything like this again ....fuck man....why?...
I believe all the members of Bless the Fall have their own lives now. I don't think they're technically broken up but I don't think they're working on any music
@@RichardJanvrinMusic have you listened to The Sin and The Sentence and In the Court of the Dragon? I don’t consider Silence in the Snow or some of The Crusade to be metalcore, however, since 2017, I would say they have returned to their roots and are heavier than a bunch of bands on this tierlist

Love that!

I love when people know about as many bands as me, I’d say the list was pretty good considering the bands in it, ready to see more man
This is such a great video idea, loved this!

Lots of bands missing... What about Silent Planet, Spiritbox, Landmvrks, The Color Morale, ...?
I didn’t make this tier list in terms of the bands to choose from

I will be doing a part 2 with more modern, relevant bands

Constellations by August Burns Red is the greatest metalcore album of all time. Fight me.
Whats your address?

41:10 Me and one of my friends were talking a while ago and we came to the conclusion that sempiternal is a perfect album.
Erra is one of my faves rn

@@rafa2209 straight facts I didn’t think there was a bad song on the album
Just seen today where bury tomorrow parted ways with jason the clean vocalist an guitarist

No Thornhill, Imminence, Hollow Front? But you have I see Stars and Dead by April on here?
I said in the video that I did not make the tier list other than ranking them
@@RichardJanvrinMusic Ah i gotcha i missed that part. I knew I was missing something as many bands you seem to like are not on here.
Wait you’re not in Trueshot anymore? What happened?
Band broke uo

Nah str8edge forever
Oceans Ate Alaska old stuff is good
one song people sleep on is No strings 👌🏼 banger & the album Lost isles fuckin great. fav track is Blood Brothers
I See Stars New Demons album
On your recommendation, I’ll check it out.
Where the heck is Polaris 🤬
Crank it up every time!
Idk bro, Trivium is definitely metalcore
Their older stuff definitely is, but the more recent material doesn’t strike me as metalcore at all!
