Y’all know know I’m a clown 😁 but real talk prayer and praise have kept me sane during these crazy covid times we’re living in. May not be able to attend the church building but that shouldn’t stop you from having church and giving God praise 🙌🏽 #IFeltThat #Hymns

As a little girl growing up in the church, It's all about my Grandma singing in the choir, 7pm service, 2nd Sunday nite Lords supper and hearing the choir sing this song while everyone joined in. Oh how wonderful the memories are, flowing through my soul.❤ As If it were only yesterday and I smile😊! God Bless You Mr. Carter, please continue sharing your inspirations with the world🌎!! Kevon, they said only 25 people could go to church at a time-- you took all of us!!! Lol I thoroughly enjoyed this. Took me back to when we had "devotions" (before "praise and worship") at the beginning of service! Thank you!
My old church on its anniversary would do an old school service I loved it. They would start with all the Deacons singing acapella. Then the musicians would start and the choir would start marching in from the back of the church up the aisles all in black pants or skirts and white tops. Then they do all the old hymns. Quite different from when once a year the youth ministry did the whole service so it was very Hiphop service.
I know i comment more on the funny vids but the hymn vids are my favorite i grab the sax and have an "old time religion" church service ... kev this is awesome and the groove and chord choice was sweet

If anyone lives in the Atlanta area, the church I go to still sings these hymns. We don’t do contemporary music. It’s all old school congregational hymns.
