- Kate (from Library of Whispers) & I got together for a fun-filled phone call on a website that allowed us to talk face to face. We laughed and laughed! How great to have an artist friend.
She and I decided to exchange gifts with one another for a video collaboration. We thought maybe y’all would be interested in watching us exchange cultural items from our area of residence. I hope you enjoy.

The only reason I’m being funny is because I am actually being really ditsy! My family used to laugh at me at every Christmas because I had ridiculous reactions to opening gifts. 😂😂😂. But once you open it you cannot take any of your silliness back! So I figured, oh well, it’s the real me. 😂. But I kind of feel like you like me Lana. And that’s very heartwarming. Well what a coincidence Kate coming from the Wirral. I visited an old school friend in New Brighton on the Wirral the year before last, before she emigrated to New Zealand. I am a bus attendant for special needs children in my school district. We get a lot of children with behavioral issues. I can relate to you on a very small scale. This was a delight to watch! You both come across as genuine people. ❤ There was so much anticipation with each gift. I live in the U.S. and had never heard of those pecan treats. I've also never been to Cracker Barrel.
You must live out west. That side of our country doesn’t have Cracker Barrel. There is one in Montana. I think there’s a couple in Utah or was it Nevada? Anyway, Cracker Barrel originates in Tennessee.

oh, I was enjoying it so much (not looking, just listening) until you started eating a chocolate :( Sorry, I'm the type of person who can't stand the noise others make when eating and less with headphones ... I still try to understand how this can generate an ASMR response to many people. For me it is horribly annoying and uncomfortable. Maybe you should advertise it, as a precaution (to people who find it something too annoying) in the titles of the videos. It is the third time I see a video of you where this happens without warning. Maybe some person thinks it is exaggerated, but no! This sound can be very annoying for some people, there are even people with a phobia of this type of sounds and they can even have an attack of panic. Investigate and see what is possible. Thank you.
There is a psychological condition called Misophonia. I know very well about it. I don’t give a warning in my title about it because there is no room for it. I am always hoping that people will read the description underneath the video.
