I really want the theory that Littlefinger either hired a faceless man or is a faceless man in the show to be true. Just because of how bullshit and unsatisfying the S7 arc with him was, but at the same time theres probably no time to fit in that storyline properly in a shortened season unless several things were wrapped up early on S8.
@t p So then what was the point in LF giving the woman a coin of Bravos and her telling him "your time is up"? When Bran said "chaos is a ladder" LF knew he was in danger. He's too smart to stick around after that. If he's really dead, it'd be bad writing. If they wwnted to kill him off, fine, but then do it in a believable way. He's not dead.
Littlefinger is alive and is using Bran's face to rule the Seven Kingdoms (following season 7 and pairing it with the events of season 8) Just remember that in season 7 there were many scenes that could only have as purpose to explain LF's fake death, like the scene with LF giving to the faceless woman (?) a coin from Braavos. Now we know for sure this because in season 8 this woman didn't have any relevance, so the only mystery hiding behind this scene can be LF's being alive. To explain why Bran can't choose to become king it's a task of hard rational thinking. To explain Bran's behaviour after he became the Three Eyed Raven, the best thing to say it's that his experience was mixed with all of the experiences (or history) in the world in present and past, meaning that he has no longer has a personality and that he's not a human anymore (even when having a lot of knowledge, he isn't capable of giving affection or showing free will). When Bran says that Chaos is a Ladder, he's actually referring directly to LF's phrase. The reason of why does he think in a similar way that LF does, it's because he has seen through all of his history, and may have concluded that his way of thinking and acting it's the best for the Seven Kingdoms. If Bran can do the same as LF, why can't he be ruler of the Seven Kingdoms? It's because, as I said before, he doesn't has free will. When Bran became the Three Eyed Raven, all of the knowledge from the past Three Eyed Raven was transferred to him, but that means that their objectives were transferred as well. The previous Raven hadn't never contacted any human in a thousand years, and he only did it when the NK was coming, meaning that his only purpose it's to maintain the records of history and to defeat the NK. Bran can't decide to live his own life because he can't change the history and probably, to stay safe, he had to return where no one could ever find him (because he could get killed at any moment, or not be capable of avoiding his death). That means that, because Bran is the Three Eyed Raven, he can't have the role to rule the human world. Consider that even if this seems really strange, remember that writers are just playing with the little bits of information that we had about the Raven, so putting Bran as the king is a good trick on their part, because if LF was the king it would be tough to understand and LF and Bran are very similar, anyways (LF is the main villain but they don't want to tell us that he is also the protagonist, it would be a big spoiler for the books) Another small explanation it's that the magic creatures are supposed to have some limitations. One of the limitations of Bran, for example, is that he can't see the future, only predict it with some certainty through visions. Like LF said, the future is something we have seen before. If Bran is supposed to have some limitations, he can't have the most powerful position in GoT because he's the most powerful magical character after the dragons. It would be an incoherence to his role and would lost any kind of comparison to the real life, because there's no king that knew all about past and present, and had that kind of omnimiscent powers. For what I´ve said before, if Bran considers LF to be a good ruler, then there's no reason to kill him. When he accused him of betraying Ned Stark, he was just pretending that he didn't know about LF faking his death (he didn't even cared about the crimes he made), and didn't alert anyone from this fact later in the series. LF waited to Daenerys and Jon to lose their position as the rightful rulers, and before Bran was chosen, he changed positions with Bran (probably Bran contacted him first through visions, letters, etc.). If LF didn't knew how to use a face from the alive (he could have because his grandfather was from Braavos and he had a connection to the faceless man), Bran could have shown him how to do it, because he knows everything about the faceless man. There are a lot more of hints and details that can proof this hidden ending, like when you see Bran smiling in a very Littlefingerish way, but you know that Bran can't actually smile. Probably is the most powerful detail in the last episode. Remember: the devil is in the details. The true masterpiece of the GoT's writing is hiding in the shadows lol I´m just a big fan of GoT and I want to reveal what a masterpiece were those writers hiding to use (and maybe also ruining their plans lol).

Coastal Umbra He was good in ‘the wire’ as well. My guess is that that is the part that got him little finger. As he plays a proper schemer and it was also HBO.

it bothers me how i keep imagining tyrion as looking like peter while still being well aware of how different he's supposed to look. with the other characters it's pretty much fine but to be frank, peter is a decently attractive guy and tyrion's supposed to be quite the opposite
Littlefinger is the type of character who at any second could be sniffing Sansa's hair and remark "mmmmm, ahhhhh. You smell like your mother, my dear. "
Thing is, in order for him not to be dead, he would have to be littlefinger in real life, to convince everyone that he is actually dead, and if he even said ONE WORD that would leak that he is alive, HBO would literally kill him and cut his throat in real live. They would not risk him going to such a show, cuz he might leak it. I wish littlefinger was alive, but he wont be.
Honestly. If his character is really dead, it's because his character is just too smart. So smart that the writers just couldn't think of a proper way to off him that really fit. He sold the character and I loved every bit of Littlefinger through and through.
This. If the writers can't afford the time to develop his ending then oh well. We still don't know just what in the story is being rushed and whats not. We still have 5 hours left of story that's a decent of amount of time to hit the meat of the grand finale.
Who ever cast the game of thrones really was good at their job, pretty well all the main cast are just so convincing, you either really want to see them live or really can't wait to see them die, they put many feature film actors to shame which is one of the reasons I hardly watch movies anymore.
SPOILER: Hey, he ruled out the possibility that Aria comes back as little finger as many have speculated. The actor Aiden would have to had read scripts if Aria dressed up as Little Finger.
Best character in game of thrones. If they wanted him to stay dead then why did they show the scene where he gives that girl the braavos coin?I have high hopes that he will return in season 8 but i dont trust benioff and weiss at all so lets just wait and see
Rock Avenger Unfortunately the show is stupid! Alas Baelish-Littlefinger is still alive in the books , Hopefully Grrm gives us all a worthy ending to this mockingbird ♥️
Game of Thrones is a human chess game between entitled families. I feel Lord Baelish worked his way from a pawn and acquired the moves of a queen (no pun intended), which is the most powerful piece in chess. Surprisingly, he was outwitted by two sisters whose characters were more like the Knight chess piece.
The greatest trick the devil ever performed was convincing the world that he doesnt exist. I strongly believe he will be a big part of season 8 and is still alive.
Notice when they joke about adding him back as a CGI, normally someone will continue on to the joke and say a counter funny phrase, but he brushed it away and changed the subject so fast, he used just one word "yea, that will be strange", what kind of response is that ? hiding something lord baelish ? Also, notice when they asked him if has access to any of their scripts, he puts his hand/finger behind his dead, now that's a sign of someone being uncomfortable, someone who is lying. One lat thing, at 0:46 when he said "i enjoyed watching it, and i'm gonna enjoy watching it as a ...a ...." hmmmm he doesn't know if he is viewer or an actor ? is that really a hard word to look for ? but no, he doesn't even say one of these words, he chooses a random hard phrase to respond, he's even more uncomfortable responding. With Neo's theory, i think 99.9% little finger is alive.
How? Bran was clearly watching his every move... im so sorry man but the writer's just failed his story arc and thats the truth. 3 episodes left but at this point bringing him back wouldn't make sense
@@OAwesomeO Bran knows he is going to come back, maybe that's better for the world, bran is no longer bran, he is the thhree eyed raven now, he doesn't care about anything else besides the night king and the world, the writers can bring him back, itr will take just 15 minutes to explain what happened, i don't see a problem in it, if course it is not enough, considering this game of thrones, but Dumb and Dumber are in charge of the writing so that's what i can expect.
you know why he said see you in hell.. because the name baelish was taken from the name bael..which means lucifer.. like little finger starts with the letter l and ends with letter r same like lucifer.. and you know what was lucifer's greatest trick? making people believe that he was dead..

@@SpottedSharks Even with the time-seeing wizard, the arc was bullshit because it was poorly written. No character in that arc was written properly.
Bran couldnt even tell that Jon was a Targaryen until he was prompted by Samwell.
I love how he's trying to keep up the facade. He obviously isn't dead 😂
Except he really is
So true. So many clues about Littlefinger have been peppered through the show. He’s arguably the smartest man in the show.
He really is dead, they just did it so poorly people still believe he is alive..
@@Statistic189 Except he really isn't.
Lord Baelish understood how the game was played but outsmarted himself by never having any loyal soldiers to kill for him.
Littlefinger is alive and is using Bran's face to rule the Seven Kingdoms (following season 7 and pairing it with the events of season 8)
Just remember that in season 7 there were many scenes that could only have as purpose to explain LF's fake death, like the scene with LF giving to the faceless woman (?) a coin from Braavos.
Consider that even if this seems really strange, remember that writers are just playing with the little bits of information that we had about the Raven, so putting Bran as the king is a good trick on their part, because if LF was the king it would be tough to understand and LF and Bran are very similar, anyways (LF is the main villain but they don't want to tell us that he is also the protagonist, it would be a big spoiler for the books)
Another small explanation it's that the magic creatures are supposed to have some limitations.
Littlefinger admits he leaked the episodes.. Sounds believable cause it is perfectly in character for him to do so.

Fucking epic lines by Little Finger that really set the tone of this amazing Show ! He was one of the big players in the Thrones Game. But now we have season 8 that ruined all the greatness built up so far.
Thanks D&D for your stupidness
hahaha. Love me some Aiden Gillen. Hes also great on Project Blue Book.
Coastal Umbra He was good in ‘the wire’ as well. My guess is that that is the part that got him little finger. As he plays a proper schemer and it was also HBO.
Brilliant actor and character. Well done, sir. Well done.
Great end of interview. He was stunned!
Liam calling the moon door a "sky hole", I am cackling
littlefinger was one of my favorites from the very beginning, im currently reading the books and i can't imagine petyr as anything other than aidan
send noots I read the books before the shows, but in subsequent re-reads characters morphed into the tv show characters. With the exception of the white walkers that is!
it bothers me how i keep imagining tyrion as looking like peter while still being well aware of how different he's supposed to look. with the other characters it's pretty much fine but to be frank, peter is a decently attractive guy and tyrion's supposed to be quite the opposite
Littlefinger and Cersei ALWAYS had those arrogant smirks on their grills pretty much the Whole Series.
Did u notice how he said ”i wouldn’t have access to any of those scripts” as in he would not have access to them if he was dead.
Littlefinger is the type of character who at any second could be sniffing Sansa's hair and remark "mmmmm, ahhhhh. You smell like your mother, my dear. "
I hope that last part was scripted, cause Aiden genuinely looked confused and uncomfortable there...
I wondered about that, too...very uncomfortable!
Don't worry it was *definitely* prepared. (Not necessarily scripted.)
@@lisamelroy2855 No way it wasn't pre-arranged.
It's almost as if he's really good at acting like he is...
Definitely prepared/scripted/arranged beforehand.
little finger was my favourite character.
In a world like game of thrones, he was an amateur. He's just ahead of it's time
*is😉
*is... hes coming back
Aiden Gillen, amazing actor! Aberama Gold, Peaky Blinders! 🇮🇪
I'm convinced he's still alive after seeing him hand over that coin to the lady under the arch.
If HBO isn't paying him then do they really have control over his actions?
I love Littlefinger! LOL I sure hope Aidan Gillen was in on the joke at the end.
Littlefinger? It's CIA!
why does he wear the mask?
For you.
SPOILER: Hey, he ruled out the possibility that Aria comes back as little finger as many have speculated. The actor Aiden would have to had read scripts if Aria dressed up as Little Finger.
I have the Game of Thrones calendar for 2019. Littlefinger is March. So he must be alive.
@@breakingbadheisenberg9703 agree man after watching the last two episodes its going to shit
don't forget he is also Lord Nelson Rathbone
Anyone who is a fan of Aiden should watch an Irish television drama called Love/Hate
I will keep on believing Aidan is little finger because I really love little finger lol.
That ending completely surprised me lmao
Game of Thrones is a human chess game between entitled families. I feel Lord Baelish worked his way from a pawn and acquired the moves of a queen (no pun intended), which is the most powerful piece in chess. Surprisingly, he was outwitted by two sisters whose characters were more like the Knight chess piece.
Yep i think Varys still has something big going on behind the scenes...
The greatest trick the devil ever performed was convincing the world that he doesnt exist. I strongly believe he will be a big part of season 8 and is still alive.
Even if Littlefinger didn't die in GoT, I'll always see Aidan Gillen as CIA man facing the big guy 4 u
Handsome ,mysterious actor.
Reminds me a lot of Ed Norton... another great actor.
you know why he said see you in hell.. because the name baelish was taken from the name bael..which means lucifer.. like little finger starts with the letter l and ends with letter r same like lucifer.. and you know what was lucifer's greatest trick? making people believe that he was dead..
Greatest character that deserved a better fucking ending.
Was being on Triple j part of your plan?
what a good interview/show. good interactions all around. *in my chair applause*
Damn he still have his throat intact.
He's definitely not dead, I'm sure he's a faceless man, he was the only one playing the game of thrones. The faceless men must play a part somehow.
What if he never existed. He was only a mask worn by someone else.
Everyone always calls Littlefinger a bitch or a snake but they don't seem to understand that he's the only reason the story even started. He was a brilliant schemer and manipulator and to have him die begging for his life after not even attempting to question his accusers is an insult to the character GRRM created
Littlefinger starring as Aidan Gillen
@1:43 that laugh is golden
isn't anybody surprised at all that there was no recollection or mention of littlefinger in S8E1?
i fucking love aidan so much.
Please come back in S8 alive Lord Baelish! There's no way you have died by that little psychopath named Arya. Just makes no sense at all.
He make her like this by killing her father and started a catastrophic events for her family.
I'm happy he is dead.
But he is propably the best actor on the show alongside with Peter Dinklage and Charles Dance
@@georgekoul Yes they are! The cast is amazing! Lena, Nicolaj...They are all great actors. Sophie is amazing... And don't get me wrong, I love Arya. To me is the best arc in books. I just don't buy that she could have been smarter than littlefinger. But I don't believe he'll come back. Was just a joke. =p
He'll be conniving against the night king after his skeleton is raised.
This guy was phenomenal in GoT. Second best performance of his career, hands down.
What was his best performance, you ask? Queer As Folk, a British tv show that was actually kinda groundbreaking, because gay sex had never been on British tv before, plus it was very explicit.
And i'm not even pro-LGBTQ, I hate the LGBTQ community(Because it's about exeptionalism and not equality) and I still loved this show - watched it as a kid growing up. Hands down the best role Aiden has ever played - you should all check out. Queer as Folk, check it out.
That slow answer at the start... he really isn’t dead.
I'm still hoping for Sryio Forell to make a comeback, maybe riding a chandelier to save Arya.
