Hello I had a question under the other related emission category on the dad system that section is used for example if the vehicle has and aftermarket component installed correct or a part that has an carb or eo number ? Otherwise if the car is in stock form it would be not applicable?

I am from salinas CA. I took a on line class for smog tech I just waiting to do my hands on, I have to pay $400 to do a hands on .

Does a 2001 Silverado require the SECONDARY AIR SYSTEM to pass the California Smog? Thank you
