- In the episode where eren get to the path there are some past memories that did not make any sense, until you hear about the AOE theory.
If you didn't know, in the Lost Girl OVA we learned that mikasa has the power to reset time, but there is a cost to it, eren's death. She can't have a timeline where eren live long, because eren carries death as the OVA said.
Now in the anime Eren is aware that he is in another timeline, happening after the manga timeline, he will now try to fight, fight to no longer be reset in time, fight...for his freedom. - Фільми й анімація
also theres a very interesting paralell between the scene where eren enters paths and the chapter where armin exits paths after talking to eren when the rumbling fails in manga timeline , its reverse of each other
He sees his life flash before his eyes when he's dying (being shot by Gabi). He sees all lives and memories he has lived. Seeing your memories and life flash through liks this is actually a real life phenomena.
since aot got inspired from muv luv alternative the chances of a time loop story where eren wins in the anime is really high beacuse in the second game the main character dies and her wife and child says see you later in the next game the main character wakes up exactly like innthe second game and is wondering why he is crying and felt like he had a relly long nightmare ....
We can only hope, it’d be crazy if it does turn out that Eren is making a different ending

I have a theory that when Isayama created that other ending (the one set in the future where eldia was being bombed) This was Isayama hinting the possibility of an AoE ending. Eren saw this future and decided to create a new timeline to fix that mistake. This is only my theory though so don't take it seriously, tbh I was already fine with the original manga ending, it just felt 'rushed'. Anyways, really looking forward to what they do with part 3. aoe ending or not, still an awesome story

well seeing that the founding titan is capable of all kinds of crazy power stuff, and the attack titan LITERALLY transcends time, and Eren has both of those abilities, its possible he immortalized himself within the paths and basically became a god
eren wanting his friends to live long and happy lives but he also wants freedom for eldia his people and himself both is impossible to get. so in the manga he chose his friends over his freedom and his people but eren sees in the eldian getting bombed and destroyed eren wakes up again in the anime version with knowing that edia will be doomed so this time he will chose eldia iver his friends

I gave a theory as to why they have skipped chapter 123 the flashback of when they went to the mainland together, i think this chapter will be shown but i believe if aoe is to happen it will be confirmed in this flashback/ start.

I like the AOE theory but I don't believe that a different answer in the flashback would change the ending
@@joeldanielferraris9380 Agreed, the diverging point might occur near the ending or during the final battle. If Mikasa gave a different answer when Eren asked her what he is to her, he wouldn't have started the rumbling. Which is contradicting to the whole AOE thing since most AOE theories revolves around Eren completing the rumbling instead of 80% like in the manga

the thing I find hilarious about all of these AOE videos is, while they are interesting, they will be totally irrelevant by the time AOT finishes airing
It still doesn’t make sense though if there is not an Aoe because:
1. The “see you later” scene does not exist in the anime when it is a main plot point phrase used at the ending and the beginning of the manga
2.there are two unexplained memory shards in the manga that didn’t appear in the anime or manga and another two that only appear in the anime
3. Did every one forget that lost girls is now canon and with that being said what about the butterfly that appears in lost girls appearing in not only the rumbling opening but also when zeke and eren were in the paths looking at grisha’s memories and last but not least appearing in a Ed which I forgot which one
4. The added lines given to falco which weren’t in the manga
5. The nerdy armin and goth mikasa memory shard in the anime,so your saying that was just a Easter egg, hell no isayama has more control of the anime there any mangaka in history,so I doubt isayama would just put that memory there just for a Easter egg
And I can keep on going with evidence that prove that the ending is not going to be the same as the manga because there are just that many differences in the anime and manga

personally i wouldn't want to completely change the ending. But i'd say Eren's ultimate motivation being kinda dumb should be changed. Plus the whole sequel bait part with the bombings and shit is pretty confusing messaging, maybe remove that.
It's not confusing it's simply shows what happened when he didn't finished 100% and let his friends kill him. So they should change it in anime

Even the bombing took place nearly a century after the events of the series, meaning everyone alive at that time was dead. It's an unrelated conflict. But you and other people have obviously taken it as proof Eren was right, when we have no clue who did it or why it happened.
