Life has so many ups and downs. Sometimes it can be quite exhausting. But in these moments, we need to be patient with ourselves and accept that our 100% will never be the same every day.
Often what we see as "no progress" is actually a necessary and important pause, just like in music: it needs high and low musical notes, but it also needs pauses to make sense.
Believe this: Life makes sense the way it is. ♥ And if we need help, there will always be someone willing to help. We don't need to be afraid or ashamed to ask for help.

Hey so this isn't a critique moreso just a little English help
5:30 at this timestamp you say "They are scary about challenging." You'd wanna say "They are *scared* of *challenge*." We also say "challenge" here and not "challenging" because challenging is an adjective while challenge is a noun.
Scary is an adjective that defines something that *causes* fear, while **"scared"** is a word that describes something that is in fear of something else.
