Can somebody explain why Rhythm Heaven (rhythm paradise/rhythm tengoku gold) Has such strict timing? I don't remember such strict timing in the game but every emulator I use makes it feel like there's a delay or something. Can somebody tell me why this feels the way it does?

Either there's something your with your emulator, or you just have a bad sense of rhythm. It's not strict, it's just accurate.
Rainbow Bunchie but how was I able to beat Rhythm Heven fever ,beat Rhythm Heaven Megamix and Rhythm Heaven when I was younger?
Well if you managed to beat the games then that means they're not overly strict, as you completed them.
