For my part, I'd most like to see underrepresented dinosaur groups fill out the rest of the roster: - An Alvareszsaurid, to make use of the insect feeder outside the aviary & provide a new weird bird-like dinosaur (Mononykus is the most famous & was one of the models in Lockwood Manor. Since they were small dinosaurs, it would be a great opportunity to introduce a new attraction type which would allow better ways for guests/you to see them, maybe something like Planet Zoo's burrows mixed with the terrarium, but allowing free movement. Imagine something like a viewing gallery with a small glass enclosure that small dinosaurs - & Lystrosaurus - can freely enter & interact with, while still accessing the larger exhibit, the ground raised up to waist level: it could have a dedicated feeder & enrichment items like logs or burrows, & provide a haven from the bigger beasties) - A Eusauropod, to add another medium-sized sauropod between the tiny Nigersaurus & still quite big Diplodocus (Shunosaurus would be a great excuse to finally add sauropod self-defense mechanics) - A Heterodontosaurid, just to fill out the Triassic & early Jurassic roster while providing a feisty tiny herbivore with literal teeth (Lycorhinus or Heterodontosaurus would be good tiny terror, would also benefit from a "Small Dinosaur Viewer") - A Hypsilophodontid, to represent one of the earliest found dinosaur groups (Hypsilophodon for a gracile runner or Tenontosaurus for small-medium with long tail for swiping dromaeosaurs) - A Prosauropod, one of the most prominent unrepresented dinosaur families which paved the way for the sauropods (Plateosaurus, Melanorasaurus, or Kotasaurus would be an obvious big attraction, though a smaller type like Anchisaurus, Massospondylus, or Vulcanodon could also work) - A Protoceratopsid, one of the most widespread Ceratopsian families (Protoceratops is one of the most common dinosaur fossils out there, so it would be be bizarre *not* to be able to extract DNA from them, plus it has palaeontological significance as Velociraptor's Nemesis in the "Fighting Dinosaurs" discovery) - A Psittacosaurid, because who doesn't love those little guys? (Psittacosaurus being the obvious choice, another "Small Dinosaur Viewer" star) - A Scansoriopterygid, simply because they're so *strange* (Epidexipteryx of Planet Dinosaur would be a great choice, could make use of the insect feeder, & being smaller than a Compy would practically *require* a "Small Dinosaur Viewer") - A Scelidosaurid, connecting the basal Thyreophorans & representing one of the earliest dinosaur discoveries not yet in the game (Scelidosaurus, naturally) There are other pet personal favourites I'd like (I can see Eoraptor, Tuojiangosaurus, & Centrosaurus being added at some point, while Dicraeosaurus, Cetiosaurus, & Supersaurus as outside chances) but since we already have plenty of small carnivores, Ceratopsians, stegosaurus, & sauropods, I don't think they'd be prioritised.
If we get another large flyer in the game, we need taller aviaries. Quetzalcoatlus is cool but I think it looks ridiculous in the current aviaries. Also: ARGENTINOSAURUS. The sauropods are my favorites lol. I’d also like to see Diabloceratops and Lambeosaurus. (I loved the blooper reel too 🤣) 💚
Thank you for including Ichthyovenator!!! I would absolutely love this animal in the game even though we have a good amount of spinosaurids. The things is we only have one with a sail, and it’s very big. I think if they added it in they’d make it a bit more paleo accurate than dinosaurs is, being it’s quite smaller.
I have yet to see the video but here is my list: Mononykus, Teratophoneus, Peloroplites, Aguceratops, Microceratus. Shuntasaurus (paleo Ankylodocus), Archeopteryx, Microraptor, Diabloceratops, late Cretaceous penguin, Cretaceous shark, Deinosuchus, Sarcosuchus and a herbivores crocodile. Edit: these are some nice picks, I will take the Rajasaurus.
This was awesome. I grew up loving dinosaurs and you've revitalised that in me. I enjoy this game too. I'd love to see some Permian attention.. Or even the rise of Terror Birds..
I really want to see Shunosaurus in the game because it was in Jurassic Park Builder. That’s it, that’s the only reason why I want Shunosaurus, Tuojiangosaurus, and Rajasaurus.
Your list is fantastic, I like the species you included. I purchased the hybrids pack solely to show my support for Frontier. Despite what others may say about the updated models and new animations, I feel like it was a waste of a DLC slot since the game is nearing the end of its support. I wish we had more real species instead. I don't hate hybrids, but I'm not particularly interested in them either. It's good to know that I'm not alone in not being enthusiastic about microceratus. I just don't understand why it's so popular, and I can't comprehend why some people believe adding it to the game would bring easy money for Frontier. I believe it will be included in the game eventually, but it's not a species I'm particularly fond of.
No worry buddy you are not the only one to share that kind of opinion about microcetatus. I will care about tiny dinos the day we will get more appropriated enclosures possibilities for them.
Im so happy that you dislike the dlc too. When i saw the trailer i thought it wasnt real. How did we go from some of the best creatures ever to this crap? Frontier themselves was ashamed of their work which you can see by the lack of a teaser and the quick release imo. OMG FINALLY ANOTHER PERSON THAT WANTS ERLIKOSAURUS IN THE GAME!
I mostly agree the only thing I would skip on is inastrocevia bc forgive but I just prefer dinosaurs and I never use lustro or dimetrodon Imo Pterodaustro is a must have species and I'd be very dissapointed if it doesn't get added And maybe Notronychus would be a better pick that Erlikosaurus bc it's from America instead of asia like most of Therizinosaurs
I felt exactly the same about the hybrid dlc! Major disappointment and like you it's the first and only dlc for Jurassic world evolution I have not bought. Which is a shame because I want to support frontier... And I wanted a flying species pack so bad.....
My list is shantungosaurus cause its the largest non-sauropod dinosaur, mononykus to make more use out of the insect feeders, kupengopterus for the same reason as mononykus, argentinosaurus cause i love it, bonitasaura cause i want another smaller sauropod, plateosaurus cause it’s a basal sauropod and i love it, scelidosaurus for an animal that possibly moves on all fours and on 2 legs half the time, icthyovenator/torvosaurus cause i love both(couldn’t choose), and mesosaurus cause it’s the earliest marine reptile according to the fossil record a d to make more use for the rock islands
I loathe the hybrids and the way they made the triceratops 'weak' and they way the altered sizes. Also the appeal numbers seem to be way off. Just talking with people in real life about what dinos they would like to see if JP could ever be made a reality. The appeal numbers in the game are no where near what my limited sample size results in. I wish they had a range of size possibilities for the genetics like you average is the default but you can add slightly larger/smaller than average and much larger/smaller than average. That way it would make having 1 alpha easier to hatch and spot on the tours.

Love these picks! 😁

I agrew the aviarias look way to small
Thanks a lot! And I totally agree that the aviaries should be enlarged for the larger species. They are not high enough for them.

The things is we only have one with a sail, and it’s very big. I think if they added it in they’d make it a bit more paleo accurate than dinosaurs is, being it’s quite smaller.
Come to think of it, Ichthyo should have been in the top ten, would be really cool to see it in the game! 😊

Mononykus, Teratophoneus, Peloroplites, Aguceratops, Microceratus. Shuntasaurus (paleo Ankylodocus), Archeopteryx, Microraptor, Diabloceratops, late Cretaceous penguin, Cretaceous shark, Deinosuchus, Sarcosuchus and a herbivores crocodile.

I'm all up for Mononykus! Love it in Prehistoric Planet!
@@JurassicTom yeah.
I think the sarco or deino would be a good addition.
Agreed!
I agree with your dlc opinions. Hopefully the next one has a lot of good picks
Fingers crossed 🤞
Hatzegopteryx, Irritator, Mapusaurus & Argentinosaurus would be cool to be added to JWE 2
Mapusaurus is a great pick!
This was awesome. I grew up loving dinosaurs and you've revitalised that in me. I enjoy this game too. I'd love to see some Permian attention.. Or even the rise of Terror Birds..
Thanks so much! 🙂

No worry buddy you are not the only one to share that kind of opinion about microcetatus. I will care about tiny dinos the day we will get more appropriated enclosures possibilities for them.
Exactly! We need to have tiny exhibits like they do in PK!
A microraptor, a few additional animals who eat from the insect feeder.
Couldn't agree more 😊
@@JurassicTomAlso I would like to see the microraptor perch up onto the trees inside of the avairies.
Though my wishlist doesn't include solely dinos.
lol at your blooper reel. I completely feel that. lol 😂
My picks are...
Shantoungosaurus
Microceratus
Lambeosaurus
Kritosaurus
Centrosaurus
Miraigaia
Plateosaurus
Bachytrachlopan
Rajasaurus
Austroraptor
Hatzegopteryx
Aristonectes
These are great 😁

OMG FINALLY ANOTHER PERSON THAT WANTS ERLIKOSAURUS IN THE GAME!
Completely agree that the lack of promotion was a sign of their shame about releasing the DLC 😂
Shantungosaurus. Need to be in the game whe need more hadro that can fight back and ef there’s any they could add that can fight its the shant
I mostly agree the only thing I would skip on is inastrocevia bc forgive but I just prefer dinosaurs and I never use lustro or dimetrodon
Imo Pterodaustro is a must have species and I'd be very dissapointed if it doesn't get added

I need my ichtyosaur rn

what do you think about Shunosaurus?
Would be a nice addition for sure, we don't have any other semi-large sauropod other than Camarasaurus.
What about colerus???
I could see it work as another tiny theropod, yes 🙂
I want megalodon , sarcosuchus and several cenozoic creatures.
My list is shantungosaurus cause its the largest non-sauropod dinosaur, mononykus to make more use out of the insect feeders, kupengopterus for the same reason as mononykus, argentinosaurus cause i love it, bonitasaura cause i want another smaller sauropod, plateosaurus cause it’s a basal sauropod and i love it, scelidosaurus for an animal that possibly moves on all fours and on 2 legs half the time, icthyovenator/torvosaurus cause i love both(couldn’t choose), and mesosaurus cause it’s the earliest marine reptile according to the fossil record a d to make more use for the rock islands
number 9 is in the game but none of the other novel creatures and no carno that can camouflage.
1 Teratophoneus
2 Peloroplites
3 Becklespinax
4 Agujaceratops
5 Coelurus
6 Lesothosaurus
7 Othnielia
8 Mussaurus
9 Irritator
10 Hadrosaurus
The hybrid pack is kinda mid but i got it
I do have to admit that Spinoceratops is very cute... 😅
I am from the future we have megalodon thanatosdrakon micriceratops end segisaurs
