      agree. stupidly decadent. still rly dam good techniques they show. honestly this is what keeps me to not work at michelin starred restaurants. although i did worked in three one star restaurants

    The sous chef looked terrifying. These plates cost hundreds of dollars. The cooks must present the food this way.

    There’s no process here, no real technique. Just two dudes assembling a dish with all the components already made. Meh.
