Once the cop would sit there for 20 mins or so, he would do a slow drive by all by us, we would nod in acknowledgment and then he or someone else would come back like 15-30mins later. They usually draw in crowds of regulars to mix in with the locals and set up in multiple locals throughout the city so that the police are spread thin as the reports come in. By the time the cops do come in larger numbers they are gone! In and out fast! But yeh, Center City they where pushing over the edge last night. Wouldn’t be surprised if philly police finally starts to get more aggressive with tracking them down.
They started doing this in Portland Oregon the police got smart about it and are figuring out now these young kids are going on Facebook and basically creating the social gatherings so right now the FBI and everybody else is getting involved in this kind of stuff
