Thank you!! The petrol and commute for your base is all down to you, including hotels etc. unless, on some occasions if you’re delayed for example then they could put you in a hotel if required. Other than that, anything to do with getting to and from your base for work is down to you xxx

No no, sorry only from base. So all hotels downroute are covered. You’ll also get an allowance for your stay, depending on how long you’re there for and the cost of living in that city/state. It’s only if you want to be closer to your base for a flight. For example, next week I have a few there and backs with very early starts. It usually takes me an hour and a half to drive to Heathrow from where I am, so on occasions when I need to be in Heathrow a few days in a row and also with early report times, I often book hotels myself just to make things easier for me. I hope that makes more sense xx
