This is probably the best breakdown of this I've seen. This is an amazing quality analysis. Inoue is without a doubt my favorite boxer. I mostly follow MMA but I always have to tune in to watch Inoue compete
Nice commentary. If you look closely Neri left landed a second earlier than Inoues right and he rolled with the punch that put him down. Clearly gifted. I think Inoue also came out flat. That KO needs to be in slow motion. Left hook, rt uppercut, then short straight right. Blazing fast.
After the knockdown, when Inoue is in the corner @2:54 and lands that right to the body, right uppercut, and right hook, it completely shuts down Nery's aggression
good read on the last seconds of round 6. inoue spread his arms like ok let's not box let's throw. he's actually trading with nery but coz of the speed and placement advantage, nery is the one who is eating all the shots in the exchange until he got KOd.
Excellent analysis and breakdown! The Monster took it to another level and will be even greater his next fight! I think he’ll take one or two fights max at 122 and go up to 126. I don’t see anyone at 122 on his level. This fight w/ Nery showed how awesome the Monster is! Goodman, Casimero or MJ will get KO’d in brutal fashion! Would like to see them duke it out and the lucky win fights the Monster.
You miss one more thing. After 9:16 after that left knock down Inoue switch arm it all right hand as his now power punches as Lery thinking watchout out for the left hook.
Why is the video all choppy?..It's almost unwatchable due to choppy back and forth and back and forth..Too repetitious of back and forth and it's too fast too...
@@BrunchBoxingPod Thanks buddy..I didn't mean to be all critical, just thought I'd let you know...Then again, perhaps due to I'm 60 years old and my eyes are not as young anymore so it's hard to try to keep up with the quick splicing of the videos. lol. Cheers..
Kim Maksim: Inoue didn't fall, he flew away. If Inoue fell, he would not get up. This is not a knock down, this is a knock flying Neri pushed Inoue and he flew away. Indian (Mexican) film. Dear Neri.
Right, Inoue was down bcoz he lost balance as he threw a punch which he missed the target. Neri's shot was not powerful enough for Inoue to fall if he was in his right position.

Exactly. Inoue was giving Nery a chance to exchange shots but his speed and precision was still too much

In rd 6 inoue threw a 1 2 but missed, nery backed into the ropes. Inoue immediately recognized nery was done.
Great break down
i believe inoue is still #1 pfp.

I will improve it and get better next time
