@@Unknown-oo4hh which also shows you the difference between John and his apprentices: John never killed anyone who didn’t have skin in the game, while Hoffman and Amanda just senselessly murdered people
@@UnclePhil1112however, he did go against his own philosphy in several instances. Mainly the hangman trap and shotgun carroussel. All I want to ask him is: Who killed these people?
@@lycanrushaxoroc4442 I mean, John definitely went against his own philosophy, like with Gordon’s family, and im guessing it was mainly to hurt another character by being the “reason” why their loved ones died. But, in the shotgun carrousel the victims were the “dog pit”, William was not forcing them to find every little error, they chose to work in “unethical” ways, knowing that the scraps they were finding, on probably sick people, will result in the termination of their coverage. Like, the guy that found out about Mr. Abbot’s oral surgery, William didn’t personally ask him to link oral surgery as the most vague reason as to why someone suffers heart disease, but this employee while checking his file decided that it would be the best way to end his coverage. Also, they obviously were dishonest people that wanted to climb the work ladder no matter what, even if it meant finding bullshit excuses to indirectly hurt people or throwing their colleagues under the bus.
Crush Room - SAW 5 you have no chance of escape & to add insult to injury the one who trapped you gets to watch you die slowly with a smile on their face.
Yeah but there was a tape for Strahm telling him that entering the coffin is the only way out, otherwise, he'd die. I cried when he died bc he was my fav character, but it was kinda his fault for pausing the tape and not learning how to trust jigsaw's rules. He let his ego take over and he died, he didn't follow the rules...
The electric iron maiden chair from Saw X is by FAR one of the most Brutal traps in the series & it's definitely a favourite of mine! Saw XI & XII are gonna be amazing if they can top that! I know q lot of people see Saw as nothing more than "Torture porn" but I've always loved the philosophy & interesting morals of John, plus the trap idea's he (the filmmakers) come up with are AWESOME!
My Top 10 Saw Traps (list made during last Halloween, but I haven't changed my mind about it since): 10) The Wire Saw Trap (Saw X) 9) The Freezer Room (Saw III) 8) The Pig Vat (Saw III) 7) The Needle Pit (Saw II) 6) The Carousel Trap (Saw VI) 5) The Pendulum Trap (Saw V) 4) The Knife Chair Trap (Saw IV) 3) The Reverse Bear Trap (Saw). How could this one not be on the list? The definition of iconic. 2) The Venus Fly Trap (Saw II). The first Saw scene I've seen in my life (back in 2005-2006). Needless to say it left a lasting impression on me… 1) The Rack (Saw III). I'm definitely with John Kramer on this one :). The scene with this trap feels like the peak of the Original Saw Trilogy in terms of Horror, Tragedy, symbolism and dramatic tension..."I FORGIVE HIM!!"…
The Shotgun Keys Trap is such a cool, cerebral trap. Even though Jigsaw wasn’t the best Saw movie, that sequence is phenomenal every time and would honestly function incredibly as a Saw short film with a few tweaks. Also a bit surprised to see The Rack and the Needle Pit so low, though.
Im sorry but the gas trap on X was the best one of them all The anount of thinking steps ahead of Cicelia and Barker was huge in a away made it so deserved. The trap based on 2 traps, The Bloodbath trap and the Gas room, in which both of them depends of the ability to hold your breath and give time to the other player to take some fresh air. Yes the last trap - if its not pure Chlorine gas - then its only doing burns to the body by metabolising inside of the blood by the lungs, meaning its possible to hold enough as John did in the bloodbath.
If I make the reverse bear trap, failing will trigger a red light to come on instead of it actually springing open. I'd rather just see is someone would actually succeed than harm them in any way.
The narrator of this video said something along the lines of it not being lethal... Obviously they have no idea what a slow brutal death you would suffer after crawling around and sifting through dirty needles
I must say this is probably one of the most intriguing saw video on this UA-cam channel I’ve ever seen I mean I have seen the ones where the characters make the smartest or the most intelligent decisions but so far I mean wow Jonathan Kramer you get more and more interesting every time I hear about you
The Rack at 29, the knife chair in the top 10 plus the brazen bull, razor box and grain silo traps even being included make this list pretty terrible imo. Also the needle pit was about Xavier being forced to "Crawl in the same pit of squalor that he put his customers in", not addiction.
As much as I love the saw franchise I absolutely HATE saw 3D not just because of the weird pink blood but also the brazen bull trap that Bobby's innocent wife was in, if it was anyone else it probably wouldn't bother me that much, Joyce DEFINITELY didn't deserve such a horrific fate
I don't know if this counts as a technically a trap you can escape. 1. However at the ending when William is punctured by the hydrochloric acid needles /tubes and his intestines fall out! 2. The ice block smash 3. Lynn's neck 💣 Saw 3 3. The wall press
My favorite traps in the Saw series Saw - The Reverse bear trap Saw II - The Needle pit Saw III - The Rack Saw IV - The Bedroom trap Saw V - The Pendulum Saw VI - The Shotgun carousel Saw 3D - The Horse power trap Jigsaw - None of the traps Spiral - The Figure trap Saw X - The Bone marrow trap
So, did none of the traps from "Spiral" make the cut? Or were they not considered eligible due to that movie being more of a spin-off than central to the main series?

So the panic it caused was way over the top. That scene spoilt the movie I thought. They were drills stuck in a frame, bend the bits away from his head with anything solid to hand, you know like the shotgun
The Angel Trap is by far my fave trap, with its grotesque beauty. The rack deserved to be way higher on this list. And SAMF Jeff's "final test" does not belong on this list at all, it's not really a trap.

Joyce had the most undeserving death in the whole franchise, she had no clue Bobby was lying.

The bathroom trap and reverse bear trap are the most iconic
I’d take my chances with the reverse bear trap if I had to choose a trap to escape.
The sh** room (bathroom trap) is my favorite trap

What’s the bathroom trap
That's correct and the reason for that is they were the first of Jigsaw's trap roster

The bathroom, Rack, Bear, and glass coffin are the top iconic traps in franchise
Can’t forget the nerve gas house that is a staple besides the reverse beat trap and bathroom
The Rack at 29?! That’s an awful take, even for Watchmojo
chester benington acting in the horsepower trap was awesome

The Ice block trap that gets Matthews is spectacular. The trap where Valentina has to saw her leg off in Saw X actually made me queasy

"Game Over"
The Rack is top 5 for sure!
So Jigsaw is a history buff too? Nice. So many layers.

Just make the same video and add 10 more stuff in it

They should have mentioned that Cecil’s trap collapsed and he fell into a pile of razor wire.
Absolutely the bathroom and the reverse bear trap are the best
