There indeed was a cut. Great playing (as always...) by Schiff, but the recording is strange, apart from the cuts, the sound compression / balance is weird and spoiled it for me...
What just happened? 1st movement at Verbier, on Steinway. Heavy going. 2nd movement in different hall, on a simply wonderful-sounding Bösendorfer. Splendid. 3rd movement: Back at Verbier, on awful-sounding Steinway. Would love to know where, and with which lovely orchestra, the 2nd movement was played. Can anyone tell me what just happened? Is it a copyright thing?
the middle movement, from 3:27 is wonderful. It's from a different concert than the first and third movement, with a different orchestra and another type of piano (Bosendorfer vs Steinway). Very strange video...
