- Today we head to the land office to sign over the house and land. It’s official, she owns it. As a foreigner who owns a house in Thailand, when the house is sold it requires my signature. In Thailand foreigners cannot legally own land but can own a house. Check out the links below.

Rocky point is a nice place. I know exactly how you feel Joe, exactly. If you could jump up and down you would. Now you can breathe. It has nothing to do if you can afford owning a second home but there’s no need to own a second home. Now your mind is free one home is enough.

Hi, I have taken your advice and book a room at the Prachuap beach hotel for December 18 and 19. Every year I attend the vintage car parade in Hua Hin, this year it will be held December 15 to the 17th. The host hotel is the Dusit Thani Hua Hin. Seeing Prachuap Khiri Khon is just down the road I plan to drive down in my 1955 Chevrolet classic truck. I have been scribed to Mike and Niccole and your UA-cam channel it would be nice to meet up, I know you folks travel often so I hope we could meet.

I guess time to travel, and have JJ build another beautiful place a little further from your present home. Rocky Point was a great location and a great build. When the new owners travel out of the country they should let you and Gift stay at the place for free for all of the skill you gave in building, furnishing, and preparing it for sale. Great job. I hope you made some money on the sale.
I don’t think we will build or buy another house again. We decided that the one house is enough and we will just do more traveling.
That's another plus point to invest in property in Malaysia. You own it 100% land or house as a foreigner. :)
Usually the foreigners living in Thailand is because that is where they prefer to be.
That is the law you have to except it , that's the way it is in a lot of countries . I am sure it won't make any difference who owns what . Life goes on ..👍👍
