Demanding 50 dollars for a 13 year old game with removed features on old gen consoles and considering it commercially accurate has to be one of the wildest things I’ve heard from a gaming corporation.
Any company in general, any normal company who did this would go out of business but due to Rockstars money pit... It's fucked up.

Ive been dedicating most of my life for gaming ever since i was a child i follow every news religiously i play games almost every day and i am even making my own game
I still remenber the time where rockstar was on top of the world especially after the release of gta 5
Unlike some other beloved companies that became hated you cant really point a moment where rockstar became the husk of what they are now
It all just happened very slowly and gradually ever since gta 5 came out
Remenber the online used to be beloved at one point instead of reviled as it is now
Wrong, you can point to the development of GTA V online as the undisputed beginning of the downfall of rockstar. The only reason RDR2 released is because they had a lot of it completed by the time GTA V online was becoming a cash cow. Blame the kiddies who still play that horrendously boring nonsense and spend tons of cash on it. We should have had GTA 6 like 2-5 years ago if Rockstar would have dedicated resources to making a new game rather than delaying the development in order to continue producing 'content' for gta V online. Look at the time between all other GTA games and the time between GTA V and GTA VI.
They've tasted how it is to make tons of cash with almost no effort at all with GTA V online, so they are inevitably going to continue putting no effort into stuff trying to make tons of money off of it. This is sort of business 101 when it comes to massive corporations. Wouldn't surprise me if GTA 6 has no campaign or a very very short one, as the GTA V campaign was significantly shorter than the campaigns for the prior GTA games.

As the years went buy they started to put more and more expensive cards to get you more money as well as gatekeeping missions behind paywalls and stuff

I’m currently playing it as we speak on my Series X. Never had to buy it more than once. Backwards compatibility for the win.

50 Dollars is absurd, for 10 dollars I would have been like "alright, announcing a 13 year old game with in 30 FPS at 1080p (or whatever it was) is pretty bad bait but it's fair enough I guess" but 50? ha, what a joke
I remember seeing the trailer and thinking. This looks exactly like the original did. Then I looked at the models in the trailer and thought these look exactly like they originally did with that few polys. I was happy to see I wasn't going mad when people said it was the exact same game from 2010. Saw a dev saying him and his team worked hard on it. I didn't attack him as that's wrong but what the hell did they do? Swear you could buy RDR1 and Undead Nightmare in one game case a decade ago

Don't even need a 360 it's backwards compatible. Also runs at 4k on Xbox one X and series S/X consoles.
Being american is really an privilege, here in brazil consoles cost more then 1000 and alot of games cost more then 100

At this point I'm seriously afraid for GTA VI and I will not be pre ordering it which I was expecting to be the first game I ever pre ordered but I'm gonna wait a solid week after release to see the player reviews.
