- It's time for our 3rd Cooper test! In a Cooper test you run as fast as you can for 12 minutes and then you compare your results against a chart based on your age and gender. Am I finally able to become above average? I'm joined by Teresia, Martin and my sister Lisa. Enjoy!

Åh jag hittade din kanal av en slum och vad kul att du är svensk! Jag är från Vasa, Finland och jag sysslar också med UA-cam. 🤩 Jag håller också på med löpning, men som överviktig person på en "Weight loss journey" är det inte så lätt alla gånger 🤣 Jag gjorde mitt första cooper test i slutet av april. Jag sprang på löpband och slutade på 1900m, vilket då är average för en kvinna i 30-39 års klassen. Jag ska spring igen i augusti, så jag HOPPAS jag hinner längre då. Man skulle ju vilja hamna i "above average" 😁 precis som du vill!

100% He’s awesome and what is age anyway but a number. He’s crushing it left and right and will only get better and better. The physical peak is still way far ahead :)
Loved the video as always! Because Martin wants to work on humility, I'd like to challenge him to the Hannes Pull Up, 125 kg so 275 lbs, total weighted pull up. Also, I agree with him, "Everyone needs a friend like Hannes"!
@justdoeverything8883 Don't push too hard - what he's able to make in the gym is already more than enough, so don't even try to talk Martin into something which he doesn't need, and which would only make him look like so many others in the end. The men's permanent needs for competition are sometimes so annoying.
@hexe.walpurga yeah, I don't think he'd do it if he didn't want to. I think friendly competition can help in some situations, but it's important that everyone is having fun.
@justdoeverything8883 Yes, and that's exactly the point - the sports he freely does by himself are very far from these things. He just started doing pull ups and lifting weights, while casually visiting a gym where Hannes also was in. Men like to challenge each other, and that's why both of them get pushed to do more and more - and just for the sake of competing - but I don't want Martin to think about doing real bodybuilding, because I just don't find that attractive. 🤷 Just my opinion.

I watched to like 10 minutes and went for a 20 min run. It was raining a bit but I was just happy for liquid cooling. :D

But, and I really mean that in a nice way, why do a cooper test? Just to feel average? Take. Runner to the gym and let him lift heavy, maybe he will not even be close to average 🤔
I am a cyclist, can do over 300 Watts for 20min, but I‘m pretty shure I would not even be close to average when it get‘s to running.
A famous german woman (Vera Birkenbihl) once said something like: If you meassure a fish in how good he is flying like a bird, he will suck.
