Lisu People Celebrated Kuoshi Festival in Liangshan!

As #ChineseNewYear arrived, Lisu #ethnic group, one of the 56 #Chinese ethnic groups, greeted Kuoshi #Festival. “Kuoshi” means the beginning of a year. Lisu people in Dechang County, Liangshan Prefecture started the celebration of Kuoshi Festival on Feb. 11. Let’s take a look!

These people are not Hmong. They are Lisu. Dresses are somewhat similar to Hmong Yunnan and Hmong Sichuan, but these people are Lisu.
